le confort de la chambre et la disponibilité du perosnnel
le petit déjeuner, pas très varié et ne proposant pas de produits frais et sans sucre (yaourt ou fruits de saisons)
Just stayed there one night - good location, comfortable rooms, good breakfast.
Breakfast is good but could be better (adding more fruits and more options).
One guy from the reception desk was not kind (do not remember the name).
The location
The price, the rooms didn’t meet the price point at all.
Location is good. Walkable to city centre and historic area. Breakfast was good, the children loved the waffle machines. The room was beautiful and comfortable.
I had very few situations worse than I had on this hotel. On my way to the hotel I called in advance to check everything was ready for our arrival, as I was travelling with 3 children, one of them being a infant and we would get to Philadelphia very late. I just wanted to be able to get in the room and put them in bed immediately. On the phone I was greeted with a very unsympathetic staff that dismissed my concerns completely, did not confirm anything I wanted to confirm saying "I don't know you, where you come from so I can't check anything until you are here". This person proceeded in passing the call to reservations where another person just picked up the phone and put me on hold for a long time. I had to hang up as I was on an international call. Arriving at the hotel, our room was not ready. Only one bed was done. I had to make the sofa bed for my children myself, including assembling the sofa bed, which already had sheets on it as I disassembled the bed, so we had to use those sheets. There were no blankets for my children, no cot for my infant. It was a big mess, and a situation that I did not experience anywhere in the world, not even during this trip in the US on other places. It was a simple, basic request, get the room ready for our arrival, and the hotel fell short in every possible way to the point of being rude to us. Something really strange is happening, the room is actually a good room, but the level of service provided by the staff is appalling.
Staff was amazing, breakfast was really good, location was perfect for us.
A few more pillows in the room is my only suggestion. The pillows flatten out almost immediately after putting your head on them.
I wouldn’t stay in this hotel for free.. I and my wife were in the city for a wedding and we stayed for two nights . I unfortunately left my $450 jacket in the closet. We checked out on a Sunday and soon we arrived Texas, I called the hotel so I could provide them with a shipping label to have them mail it to me, and after a couple of calls and emails, I was told told they couldn’t find it.
It wasn’t a piece of jewelry, wristwatch or a cellphone, A WHOLE JACKET!! A brand new jacket that I had only worn once.. I wore it to the hotel, and to the cocktail party that Friday night!
I hung it up in the closet and cos that was the only thing we put in the closet, we just simply forgot.
I have forgotten stuff before in a hotel, they were the ones that called me about it but these ones claimed “they didn’t find anything “
Apparently whoever cleaned the room stole it, and instead of the management to carry out an investigation, not to find the jacket but also to deter future occurrence, they simply told they didn’t find it, like it just vanished from the closet!
The staff, food and free parking. The room was very cozy.
Location a little secluded.
For such a brand, service stards can be higher. Breaksfast is very limited. They put an empty mini bar in the rooms.

Son emplacement, à quelques pas du reading market.
Infrastructures vieillissantes, petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité, cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout le prix payé.
I stayed in the hotel for 3 days, not a single time my room was cleaned despite my repeat requests to front desk. Location is great.
Spacious room
Loud aircon noise. Lighting could improve
Avoid. Can’t believe this is a Hilton branded hotel. Front desk staff were surly and unhelpful. Had a small request of housekeeping not responded to three times. Room was basically clean but details poor; shower diverter broken so water pressure weak, industrial style tile and vanity, hardly any flow from sink etc. Workout room had 3 treadmills, two completely broken and one screeching like it hadn’t been lubricated or serviced in years. Overall the hotel seems to be banking on location next to convention center-but in other directions the neighborhood is sketchy and barren. One positive-the valet car system was clear and efficient. But overall the impression was poor training and little effort in upkeep. Avoid.
