Pros:

Exceptional front desk service. The staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Any request was handled immediately and with genuine care. Easily one of the best hotel service experiences I’ve had. Highly appreciated!

I cancelled it, but they still charge me as a fee for cancellation. The whole amount it is terribly bad.

As soon as I park front of the hotel there is a big fight people they try to go to liquor store and I couldn’t park there. I had to leave

Worth the price.
Cons:

The carpets were old and dirty. They would definitely need to be replaced.
Also, the room was a bit cold and there was no way to turn off the ceiling fan. Also, they didn’t provide a toothpaste. It’s a cheap but extremely useful and necessary item, so I’m wondering if they could add this to the stuff they put in the bathroom.

The location is sketchy at night and the AC unit was gross but altogether not an unpleasant stay

The restaurant next door was very inviting and had lovely employees that make you feel comfortable

The AC unit was VERY moldy and didn't get very cold

Great location and excellent staff
Pros:

Close to sky train and road network, it saved me a lot of time moving around. Bar next door was ideal for getting a late breakfast or a tipple in the evening. Parking across the street was spacious.

Cons:

Room temperature as hot and controllers did not work. I had to put the ac on to combat the heat.

The Met was a convenient place to stay. It is overpriced for the basic facilities offered.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The front desk service was good.

Cons:

The hairdryer did not work. The walls could do with a paint. There was a musty, horrible smell in the room.

The hotel staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You have a gem of property in New West
Pros:

The Met is in a perfect location. Very close to the Sky Train station, several restaurants, and the beautiful pier. I will definitely be returning for another visit!

Cons:

I have no negatives to speak of. My experience was great during my stay and it was amazing to wake up each morning with the beautiful view of the river. Thank you for having an excellent hotel with affordable prices, I shall be back.

Pros:

The staff was really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is right next to the SkyTrain station, which is convenient.

Cons:

The noise from the nearby bar and the SkyTrain station. The walls are thick, but the window doesn't cut off the noise at all. The room could have used a bit more cleaning, as there was some small personal items left around the sink from a previous guest.
