Location and proximity to skytrain.
Air con not efficient enough and rather old.
More coat hangers required.
Replace small soaps in plastic with bigger plunge bottles for general use and refillable.
Carpets threadbare in places.
A little tired as a property with partially threadbare carpets but that’s almost endearing for an older building.
Air con could do with improving.
Close to skytrain
Our room was on the second floor facing the skytrain. The noise from the skytrain was abit annoying.
Proximity to the SkyTrain, pub next door & dining

Exceptional front desk service. The staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Any request was handled immediately and with genuine care. Easily one of the best hotel service experiences I’ve had. Highly appreciated!
As soon as I park front of the hotel there is a big fight people they try to go to liquor store and I couldn’t park there. I had to leave
Bathroom needs some upgrades and cleaning
Close to royal Columbia Hosp.
A bit noisy at night due to the tavern below. & road traffic
The carpets were old and dirty. They would definitely need to be replaced.
Also, the room was a bit cold and there was no way to turn off the ceiling fan. Also, they didn’t provide a toothpaste. It’s a cheap but extremely useful and necessary item, so I’m wondering if they could add this to the stuff they put in the bathroom.
It was closer to the wharf.
but there were some issues with homelessness. Lots of local decay.
