Thank you, Pedro! We’ve stayed here before and have always enjoyed the clean rooms, comfy beds, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
This time, we made a last-minute, non-refundable booking and were almost there when we heard there was a forest fire on the outskirts of our hometown, Summerland. We had to turn around and get home.
I spoke with Pedro at the front desk, and he kindly offered to speak with his manager and do his best to help. Shortly afterwards, we were fully refunded for our stay.
Not all hotels are this accommodating, and I really wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the kindness and understanding. It meant a lot during a stressful situation.

Room was clean enough
Elevator was scary slow, bar next door was out of control, heard people yelling at 11pm, 1245 and then homeless fighting at 545am. Very scary for my daughter.
Close to sky train.

Если вам нужно просто переночевать и принять душ,это отель вам подойдет, но точно не для длинного отдыха.
Район расположения отеля,вокруг много бездомных. И прям под парковкой где отель предлагает осталять машину тоже живут бездомные, мы очень переживали за автомобиль. Также чистота ковролинов в номере и плитки в санузле оставляет желать лучшего. Кондиционер в номере работает очень плохо и когда ты ставишь его на максимальную мощность он очень гудит, спать не возможно. Пришлось выбирать между духотой и шумом

It took a while to get service, but extra coffee and an iron was delivered.
Be prepared to spent $20 a day for parking, it was not readily explained how to get to the parking area for the hotel in the Pier Parkade nor that the fee was daily and not a one time expense. I was also disappointed with there only being 2 caffeine coffees in the room despite booking for 3 people.
Location was perfect as we where travelling for the world Cup ,Near Skytrain verry convenient
The neighborhood is under development with a lot of homeless people in the streets ,hotel was overpriced .
How clean and comfortable it the room was.
There is no parking, when you check in you disturb the bus stop outside. The search for public parking was such a struggle.
Decently priced. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very nice and professional. Definitely smelled clean even though the wear and tear makes it look rough. That was reassuring.
Room was tired. Needs new carpets, new mattress, wall repairs, paint, shower head.
