Renaissance New Orleans Pere Marquette French Quarter Area Hotel

The location was great and the cleaning , room service and bar staff were great!

Stayed here for a conference and some fun afterward. The hotel is not far off Canal St. and close to the French Quarter.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was adequate for what we needed. The staff made our stay a 5. They offered us ponchos when it rained. They gave us bottles of water and offered an aperol spritz. They couldn't have been more accommodating for anything we needed.

Definitely a great choice.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, valet (Dave) was prompt and never had me waiting for my car. I will be back.

This hotel is always my favorite go to when I’m in town. It’s literally close to everything and very accommodating. Also, our valet Dave was very friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions and helped us with any questions we had. I will say that with Dave being our first interaction that really set the tone for everyone we came in contact with after him.

Always enjoy staying at the Renaissance!

Clean, friendly hotel staff, great valet service! Historic charm with modern amenities. The Tackle Box Restaurant, inside the hotel, has a nice menu with brunch choice late into the day. Convenient location in the heart of the French quarter.

In town for a wedding at church around the corner so location was convenient. Hotel was fine, staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean but somewhat worn. Bathroom clean. AC worked pretty well but sort of loud. Good if you like white noise while sleeping.

It started when I pulled up in the parking garage. Typically, this us just a needed transactional event. Jermaine greeted me with such a pleasant demeanor! Found out that I was from LA, but moved about 10 years ago, and welcomed me home! He answered my questions with a smile and directed me to a shortcut to the hotel. I left my cell phone in my car, but didn’t realize until I was in the hotel. I went back to the parking garage and he said…Forgot your phone? I saw it in the car. Let me run and get it for you right away!” Wow! That was different. I visited with my friends then it was time to leave. He remembered me when I walked up (after several hours) and jumped to get my car. What a happy and kind young man. Unexpected. Y’all have a winner of an employee!

The parking lot attendants were amazing. North and Dave gave us top notch service.

Location was convent. Valet staff made us feel like family. Room was clean and check in/out experience was pleasant and smooth.

I would like to say my overall stay was amazing for the simple fact that valet service was great. Soon as I arrived to the hotel I was greeted by this gentleman name Jermaine and he took great care of me and my family the entire time . 10/10 recommendation.

Dave was awesome!! Super friendly and a great sense of urgency.

My valet Thanh was so helpful and help with getting things in my car , was fast and efficient in getting my vehicle. I will definitely be back and only let him handle my car from now one

Absolutely outstanding valet service! The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. From the moment I arrived, Thanh greeted me with a smile and handled my vehicle with great care. The pickup and drop off process was quick and seamless, making the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find service this attentive and reliable. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their valet service again!

We had 3 different Valet attendants, and all were great. Dave was our last one, but I dont recall our previous 2. I really appreciated each of them. We had good housekeeping and a good Check-in/out with the Front desk as well. Zero complaints!
