Pros:

Staff, and breakfast, quiet, bathroom

Cons:

I thought there was mold in a corner of the upper bathroom. Fitness center is small and one of the machines was broken. Air unit would not run at night room was stuffy. Air unit didn't even have a option to run continuously air. Curtain has holes in it not professional. Pool wasn't open although the Internet said it was to open 4/1 and we arrived 4-6

Pros:

The hotel was near most things. It wasn't difficult to get to Ocean blvd.

Cons:

It was a smell like mildew or stale carpet. The hotel could use some updating. And they hit you with a $250.00 smoking fee. Which to me is excessive considering it is not a very upscale hotel.

I would stay at this quiet clean facility again.
Pros:

Upon arrival the Manager Michelle was very personable and she greeted me with a smile. The staff kept the continental breakfast fresh and the juice refilled. The front desk staff at checkout were nice. One of the young ladies took the time to explain they would check the room in a little while and release my deposit. The other young lady kept her head in the computer.

Cons:

I did not like that I booked through booking.com for the first time and did not know about the deposit for the facility.

I didn’t feel completely safe and would never stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast had bruised fruit and waffle mix tasted stale. The location of hotel was a little unsafe as there was people hanging out near the back parking lot drinking and there was a pimp and their worker arguing in the parking lot on our 1st night.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the hallways with carpet as well as the rooms smelled like recent water damage along with stains.
