THE STAY WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME AND HAD I KNOW ABOUT THE RENOVATIONS TO THE PARKING LOT I WOULDN'

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING AND THE ROOOM WAS FINE. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD.

WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WAS THAT THEY WERE PAVING THE DRIVEWAY AND PARKING LOT AT THE HOTEL AND IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO ENTER THE HOTEL AT THE ENTRANCE. I'M PARTIALLY HANDICAPPED WHICH MEANT THAT MY HUSBAND HAD TO LEAVE ME OFF FROM THE CAR AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO THE ENTRANCE. THIS MEANT THAT EACH TIME WE LEFT THE HOTEL I HAD TO WALK TO REACH THE ENTRANCE TO THE HOTEL. THIS WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME. HAD THEY SENT OUT AN EMAIL INDICATING THIS PROJECT, I WOULD HAVE NOT STAYED THERE AT THIS TIME. VERY UPSET.

Daniel Island family holiday.
Pros:

Everything was good. Nice staff. Good breakfast (for being in the US). Good room upgrade. All the staff I met, were very polite and helpful​​​​​​​.

Great stay and wonderful staff
Pros:

We were greeted by a wonderful employee, Irene. She made us feel very special. The breakfast was delicious, and the employees in charge worked very hard to make sure there was plenty of food and everything was clean.
