Love the new people that have hired in the front office love the manager love the other girl that works here head of house staffing that sucks and cusses people out like she cussed me out all the way to my building and all the way back and other people saw her doing it in front of my child all because I asked for some clean sheets and she tried to tell me that her housekeeper put it in there which was a lie and that's all I was trying to tell her then she started driving about dogs that I don't even have any dogs

I wish we could get sheets more frequently. The smoke detector goes off randomly for no reason, the sink clogs a lot and one of the eyes on my stove does not work.

Unsatisfied highly disappointed
Cons:

The property was nothing like the pictures they presented online. I was in need for me and my daughter a comfy place to stay for the week until our apartment was ready to move into and unfortunately we didn’t get that experience! Even tho the lady who helped me was so sweet and tried her best I stayed in the front office for almost 2 hours trying to get booked into our room. The first unit she gave me had a dog in it that nobody was aware of, the second unit she gave me was dirty and had roaches and neither of them looked anything like the pictures presented on the website!!! That alone was very disappointing!!! Because it had gotten so late by the time she finally got us a room we weren’t able to actually book it and stay there for the night due to it being after hours and she couldn’t get the I guess main office to approve the stay and release the room to her! She told me to come back the next morning and they would get me into a unit but after I left I found another property that also was an extended stay and they got me and my daughter situated quickly effortlessly and it was clean and met our expectations!! You guys definitely should take those pictures down from the supposedly remodeled rooms and take real actual current pictures of the what they really look like!!
