My card was charged twice the nightly stay was $297.00 for Friday March 13th to March 15th Sunday .My mother paid $211.00 and I paid $86.34 that was on Friday.
Saturday came and my mother had miscommunication with the first desk and they asked her to leave the hotel so that means we didn't stay the whole weekend so a refund of $148.67 had been refunded back to her that fine.
We check into the Hampton inn on Saturday March 14th and check out March 15th.
March 15th I've seen that my card was being charged $62.33 out of nowhere after checking out on Saturday.
We talked to the GM and tried to get it fixed First he said he was gonna fix it then most recent march 17th when I had my card company on the phone he tried to change up what he said so now my card is charged with $62.33 and I'm fighting to get my money back.
