Great location but not best for a quick trip.
Pros:

Good location and value. Friendly staff.
Large facilities.

Cons:

Ice makers did not work. Our room was so far from the front desk it was quite a haul. Breakfast was extra $.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, refrigerator and microwave.

Cons:

The carpet was beyond dirty, the towels were so stained, they did not look clean. We checked out early in the morning because of fighting in the room next to ours. They were also smoking Marijuana for sure. We called the front desk and nothing changed. The front desk clerk said she called the police, but nothing changed. We were scared and afraid, so we called a relative to come and get us. The breakfast that you had to pay additional for was not worth it, most hotels include this time of breakfast with the cost of the hotel and it is much better. We actually walked across the street to get coffee at the local Wawa gas station. I am surprised that you, Booking.com have this hotel in your list on your website.

Dirty rooms could be avoided if room service would do a better job.
Pros:

Didn't eat breakfast, loved location

Cons:

Room was bit a dirty , empty bottle of water under bed , crumbs on floor , rug never vacuumed or if it was , it was only partially done .
Pillow case was stained with a yellow color , sheets were stained in areas with yellow color as well. Also curtain was broken at top guide & would not allow it to open at all for right side curtain.

1. The reception is open around the clock, and the staff try to help as much as they can.
2. Good parking.
3. Good air conditioning

Cons:

1. The rooms and toilets are old and poorly maintained.
2. The carpets in the corridors were poorly maintained.
3. Housekeeping was poor — no cleaning was done for four days, despite multiple requests made at reception.
4. The lighting in the rooms is poor.
5. The rooms look spacious in the pictures, but in reality, they are not nearly as spacious.

Spent as much time as possible away from hotel!
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Room smelled of cigarettes. Also need a good upgrade. Couldn’t get extra towels. Vending machines didn’t work and it was 100 degrees out side but air conditioner weren’t cool enough.
