Okay stay
Pros:

The American independence theme is excellent

The room was large and had a great bed

Cons:

The front staff were not friendly
The Ask Questions section said no deposit-had a deposit. It was small but still not accurate
Advertised as having breakfast-only available Sun-Wed. Costs $6.95 on those days
Hall way has a strong gas smell
Grounds with a lot of litter

Very satisfied
Pros:

We have been coming here for months. We love it! It's a great place to stay and very affordable. Which is the greatest part of it all. The staff is great.

Not amazing not terrible
Pros:

Priced fair for what you get. Decent amenities for the price. Better than budget but not quite mid level quality.

Cons:

They could put some more effort into fixing the place up or keeping it a little cleaner. If I would’ve paid over $100 a night I would’ve been upset but for ~75 it was solid

Stay was okay, no issues but the property needs some updates.
Pros:

Location was good, staff helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom very outdated, there isn’t any nonslip strips in tab my son fell while taking shower.

Well kept property, friendly staff, well appointed room, great locale but too smokey.
Pros:

The location and pricing were optimal. The employees were prompt and friendly. I did not stay for the breakfast due to the overall smokey smell in the common areas, but the breakfast area looked appealing and well kept up.

Cons:

The hallways and especially the room stunk of cigarette smoke. My head was stuffed up all night and the following day. Although the property and staff were good I would opt for a more expensive hotel just to ensure an actual non-smoking room.

My Extended Stay
Pros:

I love the convenience of this location and the price is reasonable too! I prefer the Chester Hotels over the Exton Inn & Suites as the hotels provide a more homey feeling. But all in all, it is a good place to rest for a week or one night. Historical location and facilities and guest services are helpful and nice.

Cons:

This is no fault of the property, but people just need to smoke outside. It's disrespectful to smoke indoors, no one wants to smell cigarettes or weed when trying to rest.

I stayed there for 6 nights and they never change for bed sheets or took my trash out or gave me new clean towels and I had to go ask them for toilet paper and clean towels..I requested for a clean up after I booked for another 6 days and waited but nothing I call them and ask them to clean it they said they would but didnt ..I been there for 10 days now and they still haven’t come to clean my room

Should be listed as a motel. Bed was stained, bathroom wasn't clean. Room wasn't clean. Felt overall not satisfied.
