Stana molto piccola , ma ci abbiamo solo dormito, per cui non importava.
Staff eccezionale, attente e gentili, stanza molto pulita, posizione ottima.

Cons:

Unica pecca: il letto molto molto scomodo. I materassi sarebbero da cambiare.

4 friends from Turkey
Pros:

We were a group of four from Türkiye. We left the hotel last night. They were incredibly dedicated from the very first day we arrived. We received a warm welcome. The hotel's location is perfect. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and secure. We slept peacefully and safely at night, and we left our belongings securely during the day. They greeted us in Turkish in a very sweet way. From now on, this will be my only hotel choice when I go to London. It feels like home :)

wszystko w jak najlepszym porzadku, bardzo mila obsluga, Pani w recepcji przywitala mnie po polsku (i poratowala przejsciowka do gniazdka), tak samo Panie sprzatajace. Pokoj maly, ale zupelnie wystarczajacy i mial wszystko co potrzeba, bardzo czysto.

Esperienza fantastica
Pros:

E' stato tutto perfetto, posizione eccellente (earls court a pochi passi che ti porta ovunque)
Stanza piccolina ma perfetta per cio' che serviva a noi (riposare la notte).
Letto comodo, bagno piccolino ma efficiente, proprietari molto gentili e sempre disponibili.
Londra fantastica.
Peccato non aver provato la colazione.

Lovely Staff and Spotless
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was absolutely lovely. She couldn't be more helpful and attentive. Really great stay. The room was spotless even under the beds. Great location, lovely staff and great prices.

El hotel se sitúa en el barrio de Kensington, un barrio caro de Londres, sin embargo el precio que pagas por el hotel no es caro y te sitúa a una buena distancia del centro de la ciudad para hacer turismo.
Me parece un precio justo, teniendo en cuenta la ubicación y el precio de la competencia.
No esperes lujo pero si una cama y un baño que si vas a Londres para visitar en mi opinión yo no pedía más.
