Pros:

Everything was great.
The receptionist (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) was simply wonderful and helped us a lot. The location is great, with shops, plenty of restaurants to choose from and close to the underground.

Cons:

We were placed in a very small room on the back of the building that never got direct sunlight so it was quite cold. Space heaters were provided with the room at least, but overall the size and comfort of the room was a down side.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming!
Perfect location- quiet, safe neighbourhood, close to buses and underground station

Cons:

Quite small room, but it didn’t bother us much
Poor soundproofing or thin walls - better take your earplugs with you to have a nice sleep

Lovely and secure stay
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and friendly. We got cold, and they immediately gave us a heater. That was so kind. The location was very good. The hotel was in good neighborhood and 5 min walk to metro station. We are looking forward to coming back to London and staying here!

Cons:

Room was very small but this was acceptable because we just came back to the hotel to sleep.

Pros:

Amazing location and great service. The reception team were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spotless and well maintained. The hotel is in a very convenient area, just a short walk from the tube station, which made getting around London easy. Would happily stay again!

Pros:

Gran ubicación, limpio y silencioso. La cama era muy cómoda. El personal muy amable.
Repetiríamos.

Cons:

La habitación era algo pequeña y la cama un poco justa para dos personas, sin embargo fue suficiente para una gran estancia allí. Estuvimos muy cómodos y a gusto.

La proximidad a la parada de metro de Earl Court y a muchos bares y restaurantes.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega, no había ningún perchero en la habitación para los abrigos y no teníamos donde ponerlos (porque el armario era muy pequeño y no cabian).

Pros:

Прекрасный небольшой отель, имеется всё необходимое в номере. Было немного холодновато (но в номере был электрообогреватель и дополнительное шерстяное одеяло). Расположение идеально - первая зона, рядом станции метро, продуктовые магазины. Для любителей прогуляться пешком - в пешей доступности Holland park, Battersea park, Hyde park, National History museum.

Cons:

Неплохо бы было иметь в номере хотя бы ложку или одноразовый набор (ложка-вилка-нож).
