Personnel very friendly. The hotel is ideally placed near the District and Picadilly line to easily visit London.
Bed was comfortable.

Small but welcoming
Pros:

The hotel is on a quiet back Street but close to tube and buses. The reception staff were exceptional. They made me feel like part of the family and as a solo female traveller that was really reassuring.
The room was small but very clean and had everything I needed. The window opened which was great and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Could have had a chain on the door for extra security.

Hotelli oli loistavalla sijainnilla. Turvallinen ympäristö liikkua myös iltaisin. Super ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Siisti, pieni huone. Englannissa useissa majoituksista olleena, tässä oli hinta- laatu kohdillaan. Huoneessa viileään ilmaan pieni lämmityspatteri ja teenkeittovälineet. WiFi toimi hyvin ja latauspaikat löytyi USB A (?)päälle.

Cons:

Kokolattiamatto tyypillisesti englantilaisittain. Käsipyyhe puuttui, mutta uskon että sen olisi saanut pyytämällä. Jääkaappi olisi kiva lisä, mutta tilat eivät taida mahdollistaa.

Nice staff
Pros:

convenient and quiet location, very nice and helpful staff, the room size was more than adequate. Luggage storage is also much appreciated.

Cons:

the beddings and the towels were ok, but otherwise the cleanliness was unfortunately not great at all. My rating would have been significantly lower if not for the helpful employees of the hotel.

Basic but Clean with Friendly Staff
Pros:

Fairly close to Earls Court tube station, quiet street location with shops, restaurants and amenities nearby. Friendly welcome and service from staff. High level of cleanliness.

Cons:

Room was small (as expected), walls a bit thin and noise could be heard from rooms and hallways. Lock on door appeared to be missing/out of use. Television had no signal, though I'm sure if I spoke to staff they would have attempted to rectify. Difficult to access double bed from one side as was partially touching wall.
