Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Excellent location for parks and museums. Also lots of restaurants nearby, close to bus routes and a supermarket just over the road.

Cons:

Room was a little small and we kept bumping heads on the coombed ceiling.

Awesome!
Pros:

This hotel is a great place for a London visit. I was there for 11 nights so I got a good feel for the property. The location is excellent - only about a 5 minute walk to Earl's Court station. Fresh towels every day plus coffee refills. My room had a fridge which was great. TV with BBC was nice too. The best part was the staff - always with a pleasant hello and were always available for questions. They even gave me some extra coffee when I asked!

Cons:

I wish there could have been microwave in the room, but the fridge was great. Also, while the beds were made and fresh towels every day, I'm not sure that the room was vacuumed, the bathroom cleaned or the sheets changed during my 11 day stay. I'm not positive about the sheets (they may have been changed during my stay), but I'm pretty sure there was no vacuuming or bathroom cleaning.
