Bu oteli Booking te bulduğumuzda yorumları ve görselleriyle bizi etkilemişti. Ayrıca Düşündüğümüz gezi programı için lokasyon olarakta hem Termini ye Hemde tarihi yerlere yakınlığı bizim için uygundu. Bu nedenle rezervasyonu yaptık. Otel e uçağımızdan dolayı akşam geç giriş yaptık .
Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi Chaira son derece güleryüzle ve çok nazik bir biçimde bizi karşıladı. Hem otel hem de odamız hakkında detaylı bir açıklama yaptı. Ayrıca sorduğumuz her Roma ile ilgili sorulara da harita üzerinden yine çok detaylı bilgiler vererek bize çok yardımcı oldu. Kendisine ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz.
Bunun Dışında da Otel Personelinin gördüğümüz oda temizliği ve düzeniyle ilgilene personeli olsun hem de diğer resepsiyon görevlileri daima güleryüzle ve en kısa sürede isteklerimize yanıt vererek bize çok yardımcı oldular.
Odamız hergün düzenli yemizlendi ve düzeltildi, eksikleri giderildi. Otelin interneti de güçlü ve kesintisizdi.
