Una estancia satisfactoria, que pudo ser mejor.
Pros:

Me gustó el amplio espacio del baño y el café en la habitación.
Las dos personas en la recepción fueron muy amables y eficientes

Cons:

No nos gustó la decoración de las habitaciones y la falta de personal a ciertas horas .
Creo que es excesivamente caro porque no tiene ningún servicio adicional y el ascensor es lento y estrecho.

Una maravilla de sitio!
Pros:

Me gustó todo! La habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. Es un lugar tranquilo pero tienes muchos sitios donde comer y el bus y tren cerca. Son muy atentos y me ayudaron con todo. Si vuelvo a Roma repetiré sin duda!!!

Cons:

Que se acabaron mis vacaciones y tuve que marchar! 🤣

A true gem in Rome, great location, great rooms & an amazing staff, great value, highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel staff is amazing. The location is quite central and very close to a lot of nice little restaurants.
The rooms were very airy and the beds were incredible.
It was one of my most comfortable stays.
Bathrooms are of decent size and have all the amenities including Ferragamo Shampoo, Soaps and body lotions.
Rooms have espresso machines fridges with complementary water and sparkling water.
Value is excellent, and the staff is incredible, a gem of a place.
