Séjour très confortable
Pros:

J’ai aimé la modernité de ma chambre et le fait que la chambre etait très bien chauffée.

Cons:

Le pommeau de douche etait bloqué dans une position qui ne me convenait pas et je n’ai pas réussi à changer cela. Il y a eu un apres-midi ou des odeurs de cuisine ont envahi ma chambre par le système de ventilation. J’ai appelé l’accueil ils m’ont expliqué qu’il y avait des appartements equipes de cuisine et que cela expliquait les odeurs. Ils ont offert de me changer de chambre mais j’ai décliné car j’aimais bien ma chambre.

Comfortable, simple et efficace
Pros:

Le petit déjeuné est très varié. copieux, simple et élaboré à la fois. Parfait
Le repas que nous avons pris à l’hôtel le soir nous a enchanté. Les plats étaient savoureux et raffinés. Le personnel très pro et très sympa.

Cons:

L’hôtel dispose de suites spacieuses et bien disposées. Tout le nécessaire était présent voire plus. Toutefois, la vetustée des installations est flagrante. Papier peint déchiré et posé de travers, parquet abîmé, moquette qui s'effiloche. Pour la défense de l’hôtel, ils ne lésinent pas sur la sécurité (ascenseur contrôlés fréquemment, détection incendie, électricité,....). C'est un point positif mal grès tout.

La cama supletoria que ofrecen es muy muy incómoda. El colchón estaba hundido. Imposible dormir en el.

The corridor carpet stank so bad, tho lift stinks🤢 level 1 carpet was so disgusting and dirty. The rooms can get so stuffy. I got a really bad sinus infection.

Продумать систему безопасности. Возможно, можно подумать о входе в лифт по карте-ключу для номера.
Pros:

Расположение хорошее - спальный район. Рядом общественный транспорт, рестораны, магазины. Быстрый wifi, в номере чисто. Есть чайник, кофемашина, утюг. Можно заказать еду в номер до 24 часов ( разница в меню есть в зависимости от времени суток). Хороший завтрак - без обилия , но все необходимое есть, постоянно подносят свежее.

Cons:

Ночью было очень шумно с улицы ( вывозили мусор, чистили улицы). Стеклопакеты, к сожалению, не изолируют от внешнего шума. Насторожила легкая возможность постороннего пройти внутрь отеля. ( нет охраны, доступность лифта для всех).

Pros:

En la Cena del Restaurante nos sirvieron mal, argumentaron que había un grupo grande que tenían que atender, Yo les dije todos tenemos el mismo derecho a ser iguales, pero bueno fue mala la atención.

Además el costo de estacionamiento adicional a la habitación, aquí en México no es usual, siempre el auto o Motocicleta va incluido al igual que en otros lugares que estuvimos alojados en ESPAÑA, ANDORRA, AINSA, ETC.
