Very nice staff so they were not to blame for the short come of what broke down..
Pros:

The staff was great and for a very resonable $25.00 I was allowed to check in a bit early, it is right by the airport and my flight was an early one, so I also checked out early! I enjoyed a deep hot bath in the spa tub I chose just the room to access, BUT! THE AIR JETS DIDN'T WORK. Things happen but I was OK with that too. The clerk, and one of the maids was both very kind, helpful and patient with and to me. Thank You ALL! Lilly B

Cons:

Just the extra cost for the spa tub and then it's water jets not working, and the very cold floor of the whole bathroom. Everthing else was fine.

Not completely horrible, but not that great.
Pros:

We stayed one night if I had to stay longer I would have moved hotels. It was not very clean and the parking was horrible. If you can’t find a spot in their parking lot you have to park across the way at a Hilton that charges to park there. The price for a room was ridiculous for what you get. I would not recommend.

Cons:

Everything! Specially the cleanliness.

nice clean hotel
Pros:

I generally stay in more upscale, hotels, Hilton, Marriott, etc. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, that you make yourself and much more.

Shuttle access to airport was convenient.

Cons:

Smoke detector missing in room 204. Informed staff and they confirmed they would replace, they did not. Hotel was dingy and seemed dirty and outdated interior throughout. Employees or contractors were hammering and drilling something in the hallway of my floor around 9pm and we had to be up at 3:30am. Very inconsiderate of the guests sleeping.

A well appointed, great stay at competitive rates.
Pros:

Fresh coffee brewed continually during breakfast hours was a nice addition to the normal continental breakfast fare. The room was clean, well equipped and a comfortable room temperature was easily maintained. The window shade and curtains allowed it to be suitably dark where the outdoor lights would otherwise infiltrate. Our TV remote wasn't working but it was quickly remedied after alerting staff.

Cons:

The bed, while not outright uncomfortable, left something to be desired. It had a small amount of give but was incredibly firm beneath that thin layer of support.

Unmarked van for shuttle experience
Pros:

Called the hotel from the airport to have the shuttle pick us up. Stated the driver would be there in 5-10 minutes. We stood in 20 degree temps for 39 minutes before we called back again.., they told us their specific location for pick up at the airport. An unmarked van arrived. My friend went to the drivers window to see if it was for Best Western. The driver nodded his head yes but never spoke.. The hotel van had no identifying markings. No signage, just a plain white van.. the driver never spoke, did not get out of the van to help with luggage… on the way to the hotel , we realized we were in an unmarked van with an unidentified man who never spoke a word and we became frightened on our way there, so much that we googled the route to make sure we were going to the hotel.. this was unacceptable. The driver had no identifiers that he was from Best Western and the other hotels had vans with their names on them… just warning other ladies to be careful.. we did arrive safely but the representation from Best Western was not in our best interest in this situation. Fear should not have been part of the experience….
