Carpet was bad

False advertising!!
we arrived about 9 pm, expecting a drink and snack station as shown in pictures. We had had no dinner, and were hungry after our long flight.
Clerk said, oh, we took that down. Then take down the picture!!
Great location good parking food was good .
The TV did not work at all had to use my game console as the TV and the bathroom took forever to drain the water out of the bathtub
Comfortable bed, easy airport access
Staff members were incompetent. They did not attend evening call from room. Shuttle service to airport wasnt called until after 2 requests. The rooms were wet from ac moisture. No body wash in dispenser. Bathroom Outlet nonfunctional. Only had pet floor rooms available even though we booked well ahead. Was surprised when I asked for a receipt and had to go find some paper to fill the printer.

My experience included being ravaged by bedbugs in room 116. Extremely painful experience that left me with hundreds of toxic and inflamed bites which were just gross
My brother and I always stay here when we go to America's Auto Auction. Every time we stay there they've done something to improve the hotel. They've gone to not offering much when we first started staying to now offering a very complete free breakfast, adding bar service, always room improvements and, this last time they were in the process of upgrading all the TV's to 55" Samsung tv's. I don't get this nice of things in much more expensive hotels. This room was $108! I would suggest this ahead of any of the other hotels in the airport, Zona Rosa area. It's not a 5 star hotel but, I gave it a 5 rating considering it's a Best Western!
Staff enabled me to print my boarding pass. Good breakfast, but sausage not bacon. Very quiet room. Good shower pressure. I wasn't charged extra even though I checked out a few minutes after 11 am. Good and easy wi-fi access. Parking was great!
I had a little difficulty adjusting the air conditioning to my comfort level. The orange juice tasted a little off. The fire door at the bottom of the stairs on the first floor slammed like a bomb going off, every time. I mentioned one problem to the staff, but I forget what it was.

No Freezer in Minifridge
The room served its purpose as a place to sleep before an early flight. Staff was friendly.
The room was musty smelling and very humid to the point where the bathroom floor was damp and sticky.

Noisy air conditioner that ran every 15 minutes all night long
Breakfast was very good, loved having access to the pool and having a workout room.
The pool was like an ice cube. We stayed 4 nights and every time we would swim it was so cold.
