Great location, lovely hotel in all aspects and complimentary staff.
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and well-maintained. It was a pleasurable area with a good atmosphere.

The shuttle was awesome. Staff is friendly.

Cons:

I had to cancel my reservation for October 9th and I went through booking.com and I was never allowed to speak to a human. My reservation was NOT cancelled and I'm not happy.

Great place to stay before an early flight.
Pros:

I only stayed one night because I had an early flight the next day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I managed to get a quick breakfast before my early shuttle bus, so overall very satisfied.

Cons:

I had no problems, to be honest. Perhaps it would be better if the room had a hair dryer. (I guess I should have asked, and the reception might have supplied one.) Also, I couldn't figure out how to close the dark window blind (if there was one). But again, I didn't ask reception about this.

Cons:

Muy costoso y lejos del centro. Los huevos en USA eel desayuno tienen un sabor muy raro. El cereal deberia ser de mejor calidad por ese precio. El dispensador.duro dañado dia y medio.

Not going back there.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, and I liked the couch in the room.

Cons:

Shuttle service ended at 11PM. I couldn't figure out how to turn off a light, and the staff didn't respond when I called them. The A/C made the floor and anything near it wet. They put us on the pet floor because we arrived late at night and that was all they had. The shuttle was supposed to be running from 5AM, but when we asked for it, the attendant seemed surprised and had to call someone to show up to work. I asked for a receipt for my stay and they again seemed surprised. They had to go find some paper to feed the printer.
