My husband and I had a delightful 2 night stay at the hotel and felt very welcome and comfortable there

a clean budget hotel for the blues festival

price was great , free parking , good location , free simple breakfast

Cons:

the air conditioning was loud and really did not keep the room cool . no vent or fan in the bathroom . the room had a bit of a musty smell .

Location near Ballpark. Walking distance. Staff super friendly. Free continental Breakfast daily . Fresh boiled eggs. Happy hour 5 to 7 daily. Super clean. It is an old Inn. Bathroom was updated.

Fabulous property, perfect location, warm and inviting, very hospitable and gracious owners
Pros:

The owners are delightful and very helpful. The Inn is in a perfect location if you want to be close to Beach Drive. It has a warm cozy atmosphere and everything is very neat and clean. The continental breakfast is also excellent. I highly recommend this property and it is now my GO TO PLACE whenever I visit St. Pete.

I was not dissatisfied with anything. This property is perfect.

Nice hotel-great location
Pros:

Location was great! We walked to Tropicana Field for a Cubs game, walked to Voodoo Brewery, Fergs, & a few other places. In the morning walked to Maple Street Biscuit Co for a great breakfast.
Great location!!!
We didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast but it looked good.
