Diamond in the rough
Pros:

This is definitely a great find in downtown Saint Pete! Everthing about our experience was perfect. From the last minute phone call to the owner trying to get a room downtown for one night. Brian was so accommodating, I actually couldn’t believe it. In lieu of the way customer service has gone downhill in so many industries, it was so refreshing to have someone on the line that was welcoming and inviting. My husband and I ending up getting there early which no problem that day. We encountered a smiling, welcoming desk clerk, a beautiful, clean and comfortable room. We felt safe and welcome and happy. Great rate too. Sadly we could only stay the one night but, we will definitely return. The parking next to the hotel in a word was fabulous!! No hassling with valets!

Relaxing
Pros:

We love this hotel. It has an antique flare to it. Everything was great. The only thing it would have made it better was if it had a small or outdoor seating area inside the building.

Location, location, location.
Pros:

We enjoyed returning to The Inn on Third and the small old hotel feel. Brian and Stephanie and Jacob are very welcoming and carry on conversations with the guests during breakfast and happy hour in the lobby. This hotel is the perfect alternative to a cookie cutter chain.

We'll be back.

Simple Inn, but very clean with great location.

Awesome
Pros:

My experience with The Inn On Third was awesome. Innkeepers were very kind, professional and they make the guests feel at home. I recommend anybody no matter where they come from to stay in this Hotel. They speak several languages which made my relatives who dont speak english very comfortable and also attended to any needs.
I believe a little piece of my heart will stay in the Inn on the third forever. I can only recommend it 100%

Cozy, friendly, close to everything.
Pros:

Brian Cox and his staff are amazing and friendly people. The Inn was located near everything! One of the few places to stay that has their own parking lot! After checking in, we didnt have to drive again until we checked out 2 days later. We walked to everything! The inn and room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good. The beer/wine social each evening was fun! Relaxing and chatting with Brian and other guest was very enjoyable. We plan on staying there again soon!

Pros:

Stephanie and Brian were the best hosts you could ever ask for. The hotel is very quaint and charming.. Takes you back in time. Excellent location, you can walk to all the great restaurants and the pier. Highly recommend it.

Cons:

I would have liked them to have a small coffee maker in the rooms. I love very early morning coffee and it wasn't available until 8.am.

Please replace the pillows.
Pros:

The staff is over the top great. The morning breakfast is nice. Everything is clean. But PLEASE, replace the flat pillows. I don’t like to have to bring my own but these were the worst pillows ever.
