Nice area easy to access hotel.

Cons:

We had booked a stay for a king suite with hot tub, when we arrived the jeat didn't work in our room, also no hot water, went to front desk all they had was a double queen room available. So we took it, they would not refund me any money for the difference in price for the room, all they offered is a discount on my next stay, I'm not staying there again. Hot tub down by pool was very dirty, and lots of scum on the sides, sauna did not work and had no towels available in pool area. Not a good hotel .

Pros:

I wish there would have been scrambled eggs and sausage like you used to offer. I'm gluten free and there were not a lot of options for me.

Nothing was likeable

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty, fridge was warm, cigarette stains on the tub, smell in the room, pop machine ripped you off, hot tub jets didn't work properly, breakfast was a joke. Things ran out and was not refilled, staff said there was no more eggs or cereal when it was out. Hot water was luke warm, coffee was warm and was horrible. No one was rarely at the front desk. Super hot throughout the building. Not enjoyable or worth the money.

Not a pleasant experience at all.

The breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The room heater didn’t work unless you pressed hard on the knob to turn it. The front counter staff was never at the counter. Always hiding in the back and most of the time on their phone. The spa pool wasn’t working. Towels were never stocked in the pool. Had to ask every time. It was not a good experience overall.
