The location
The hot tub in the pool room was broken, the sauna didn’t work, there were bugs in my room, the ice machine was out of order.
Breakfast was minimal. Didn't bother to eat on second morning.
Location was adjacent to interstate highway - quite noisy.
Room on 2nd floor. No elevator for disabled spouse.
No telephone in room. Contact with front desk was through 800 number. Shortage of minimal towels, had to request more.
The stay was very good. Staff pleasant abd professional. Breakfast was good. No street noise. Overall, very good stay…
The handicapped accessible room was close to lobby. Had appropriate facilities.
Breakfast staff was very helpful
Decent breakfast selection
Room was very warm despite air conditioner.
Only two towels in a room for 2 people
Handicapped room had no way to turn on and off lights by bed. I THINK there was a remote for it but it didn't work if that was what it was for didn't do anything when buttons were pressed
Good location. Nice lobby. Good AC, which was surprising for a MN hotel.
The hot tub was out of commission. Sheets were never changed. I got something on one set the first night. Luckily there was another bed.
Was dissapointed with the pool area, which I wish I wouldve have known prior to reserving or atleast check in that the Hot Tub jets were down (the water was murky), the sauna wasnt working and had to find towels. I kinda expected a little discount say the least. With that I probaly will not stay at that location again.
The staff was helpful. The hallway was quite and the breakfast was good. Thank you.
Breakfast was great, tons of options and some healthy options with protein. Waffle machine, hot breakfast bar, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, bagels, coffee. They had a water machine that could be used anytime of the day! Our room was very quiet.
We had a two night stay and the room wasn't cleaned at all.
Sauna was nice. Pool favorable. Hot tub floor and walls very gross and out of order
The room smelled extremely bad like wet dog. Carpet felt greasy. Waffle maker didn't cook a much as should have
A bit overpriced for noisy location. Breakfast wasn’t great & staff wasn’t keeping up with refreshing food & coffee. Rarely saw staff.
Noisy because of freeway otherwise the building was quiet.
What I did not like Heavy on carbos is and fat. Alternated every two days between gravy and biscuits ( very little sausage ) and tasteless pre frozen egg hocky pucks and tasteless sausage round. Waffle machine , hard boiled eggs, and a tiny yoghurt and a couple of dry cereals and milk . A few unappetizing pastries do toast. Worst breakfast in motels or hotels I have experienced.
I
Did not like staying there. Will never return. Only good thing was bed was comfortable. Poorly managed motel.
See above category where I wrote other “ did not like” comment in “ did like” category. Also no decaffeinated coffee. I had to buy a $15 instant coffee . There was no fruit other than 3 apples sitting in a bowl.
No room service despite requests Tub dangerously slippery. I had to buy a tub mat so I would not slip and ce injured. Stopper in sink not in sink . I lost a ca to prescription eye drops down it . I put washcloth over drain to prevent losing rings down it. Asked for thiss to be repaired . Request ignored. Came back one day to tv being stuck on one irritating shopping channel Asked desk person to get help on this. Answer: I don’t know how to do that.”
I was there for almost two weeks to deal with family crisis and the AmericInn added to the stress and rough experience.
