😵💫🤦
On the website it said breakfast was15 each. So I was going to pay for 4 breakfasts as I had 3 adult children with me. I asked the restaurant lady how much and she said 20. I asked about 15 and she said that was only if I paid for it online😵💫🤦. I definitely did not read that anywhere. I paid 1000 dollars for 1 night for 3 double beds and I had 1 dog with me.
That's a lot of freaking money for small beds, outdated rooms smelly ac vents and no free coffee in lobby or pool.
Convenient to downtown
Nasty, dirty, things falling apart, sewage smelling, very dark and dim underground parking.
The bartender.
All the desk staff
not too much.
The Hotel is old and need to be upgraded, it is 2026!
I did not like the old torn chair
Who want to sit on a torn chair!
This hotel is not worthy of carrying the Hilton flag. My first impression was opening the door to my room and the window drapery was literally torn to shreds. The hotel staff simply said they are sure housekeeping knows about it…. But what about me. I was on a tight schedule and didn’t have time to change hotels. It is not a well kept property all around. I cannot recommend anyone staying there.
Lots of issues with keys. Upon arrival our keys would not open our room. The bathroom sink did not have any hot water. Ice machines did not work.
At 4:00 AM someone put a key in our room, got the door open. The only thing that stopped their entry was the security latch. We were startled and screamed for them to stop. When staff was notified they were not helpful. Gave us a $100 credit - we asked for an explanation of how they would have a key that opened our room - no response. When we returned from the over-priced breakfast our key would not open our door AGAIN!
Do Not Stay at this Hotel - looks nice, but is falling apart ! There are some major training issues with front staff. Worst hotel experience ever!
The location
For the price the rooms should have refrigerator and smart television the cable channel were limited and wasn’t any good channels
Felt better than last stay. Very comfortable AC, the room was nice and cool when I checked in. $10 for a bottle of water at front desk seemed like just a ted much :-)
I definitely enjoyed Downstairs Bar the lemon pepper wings was 10/10 and French fries 🍟 drink 🍷 was on point as well. Definitely stay again
They was out a lot food and I think they should been fully stocked by it was Easter weekend
I loved the staff. They made us feel at home! Like family. Evan after check out, they allowed me to leave my car for the day until my daughter was done with her dance competition. They ALL encouraged her to do great!! 😃 Thanks to them she did great! My father is from a small town close by. Definitely, will definitely be back to close this family tree gap!! Thank you
The restaurant didn't have a waffle machine. My daughter was disappointed (even though she really goes for the bagel)!😕. I know that's petty, but I honestly didn't like the way a staff member was treated by another customer over it. The restaurant is separate from the hotel. That should be mentioned. Everyone is raised differently. Each house is different. A little bit goes a long way!
The staff were helpful
Old, in need of a refurbishment. In room, no usb terminals, no fridge, coffee maker didn’t work, shower so strong blew curtain out & soaked the floor/walls, outlets sparked when putting plug in, could clearly hear all outside noises all night, very loud at 1:30 in morning.
Easy check-in. Served full dinner menu at bar (restaurant itself was only open for breakfast). The bartender was fantastic. The whole experience was an A+.
Limited parking & had to pay $14.95 per day.
Bed was comfortable
Hotel dated and run down
No fridge in room , no USB plug ,bed base had no protect on the corner and cut my leg open , bathroom squashed
Not as advertised
I've stayed at lower end hotels with more and better amenities. My room had no refrigerator nor microwave. I'd expect a Hilton hotel to offer those 2 things at no additional charge. The hotel seems to have only 1 luggage cart available. Again, I've stayed at lower end hotels with multiple luggage carts. I'm not saying I won't stay at Hilton Hotel in the future but I will NOT stay at the DoubleTree in downtown Montgomery a second time.
