Cobwebs in the room. Curtains are torn and ripped to shreds.
I was scared to get in the bed or sit on the sofa.
The place is really run-down, with old, worn-out furniture. The bathroom door is swollen from water damage and the bottom is chipped and peeling. The shower curtain is just fabric, no plastic liner, so the bathroom floods every time you shower. The AC doesn’t work in heating mode, it just makes noise and blows cold air. It’s cold outside, so the room is basically a freezer. There are no extra blankets in the closet. The nightstand drawer keeps sliding open on its own; I had to jam a piece of paper in it to keep it closed. There’s a desk but no chair. The bed base is bigger than the mattress, and I’ve smashed my shins several times because it sticks out. And to top it all off, the key system doesn’t work, you have to track down someone from the hotel to let you in every single time you leave the room. Parking is limited, and the basement option looks like something straight out of a mafia movie. If you ever get the chance to stay at this hotel, do yourself a favor and don’t.
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a hellhole
The location was great and the hotel was very clean.
I know it's a little thing, but I didn't get a cookie that you guys are famous for. Also, the shower was a mess, the curtain wouldn't stay where it needed to, so it got water all over the bathroom floor. The water pressure was really hard, but I understand that you may not be able to fix that. Last complaint would be breakfast, I did not know I needed to pay for it, and no one was there to tell me. I started eating and as I was halfway done an employee told me I needed to pay $21 for the breakfast. If I would have known it was that expensive, I would not have eaten here. I feel like if you're going to charge people for breakfast there needs to be an employee there letting people know before they are halfway done eating. The price vs what I got was very poor, I've had nicer breakfasts at hotels with the cheap free breakfast. Overall, it was a rather disappointing stay.
Clean & nice
Nothing
Room was very disappointed not clean well holes in curtains
Location
The front desk person was not friendly at all. The parking was terrible and I had to park in the lower deck. The lower deck was dark and isolated. As a single female traveling alone I felt it was an unsafe position to be put in. Also, they charged $15 to park in a place that I was already laying to stay. I feel like this is unnecessary. Especially because of the lack oof parking in a decently lit area. The room did not have very good lighting and I felt like I had to get ready basically in the dark.
STAY AWAY from this place. The room was supposed to have a refrigerator and it didn’t. I had to argue with the front desk just to get one. They also wouldn’t honor my Diamond status in any meaningful way—no upgrade, no better room, nothing.
The room itself was noisy and dirty. The shower was covered in hair, and the sink area literally smelled like vomit. By day three I requested housekeeping, and somehow a “Do Not Disturb” sign appeared on my door—one I did not put up. It felt like a cheap way to avoid cleaning the room and make it look like it was my fault.
The bar and restaurant were terrible too: tiny portions for high prices. Front desk staff was “okay,” but not helpful enough to fix the bigger issues. Overall, the place felt trashy and poorly managed. I won’t be back.
Clean, comfortable bed
The service. We had 4 people per the reservation in our room and we were repeatly given 1-2 towels. When we asked for towels the first night, they stated that they couldn’t get us more until the next morning, so they gave us hand towels and the bath mat towels to dry off with. Not ok. The next day, they only gave us 1 towel in a bag on the door handle. Then they cleaned the room and took all of the dirty items of course and didn’t replace any of the towels, so now we had 0. When I went to the front desk, they didn’t seem to care and didn’t call until I said I wanted the towels now. The towels never came. I had to borrow towels from the family that lived in town that we were visiting. I paid almost $900 for this room and couldn’t get any damn towels. We won’t stay here again.
The bathroom had no ventilation and you felt like you were going to choke from the heat.
The front desk agent was very rude didn’t great us at all just gave us our keys and didn’t say where the elevator was are anything
The bed was not comfortable
The room was quiet
Charging $14 for outdoor and insecure parking at a crap hotel like this is ridiculous. Bar staff tried to charge us $32 for a meal we didn’t order. This whole place feels like a scam setup
not much to like.
There was a ceiling patch in shower, it looked like the repair was done a while ago, but nobody came back to finish it up. The sink faucet leaked at the base where it attached to the vanity, every time you used the faucet it covered the vanity with water. Only one light in the bathroom worked, the other flickered now and then. Their website states the bar and restaurant are open 7 days a week, the bar never opened. The traffic noise was loud, like we had an open window. I have stayed in hotels by the airport and not heard that much outside noise. We had to ask for a hair dryer; they brought us an iron! The thermostat 's numbers were not working; we could not tell what the temp was set at. The staff was not well informed about the hotel. They did not know the bar would not be open, or that the ice maker on our floor was not working. The hotel needs maintenance, desperately, If the rest of the rooms are like ours, they need to shut down and revamp the entire hotel.
I did not like the parking. House keeper did not clean the room. Hotel did not have any clean towels and one of the lights did not work, which made the room dark.
