Helpful friendly staff, but a shabby hotel.
Pros:

We were scheduled for 2 nights at this hotel, but checked out after 1 night. Although staff were friendly, the condition of this property was terrible. Our room was not clean, windows in room were so clouded that it made any kind of view impossible. We stay at Hilton properties exclusively, and this one was one of the worst. Even the hallway leading from the elevator to our room was dirty. Just a shabby hotel. Would not stay here again.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and the server was very nice. Great location spot for breakfast.

Cons:

Bottom part of Bathroom door didn't clear the floor of the bathroom apparently not totally on its henges. Room smelled a little moldy.

Needs to complete construction before renting rooms on the floors.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was, so much construction on the floor, plastic everywhere, the curtains were dry rotted and torn. And the room had an old mildew smell.

Pros:

Location, I was there for work and it was 3 minutes away

Cons:

The lack of communication with the 3rd party, I cancelled a stay for certain nights and rebooked; the hotel never got the cancellation or the rebooked for the new dates

Hotel from hell.
Pros:

Nothing it was terrible. Worst hotel I have ever attempted to stay in.

Cons:

Bugs, room door wouldn't lock, tv wouldn't turn on, curtains tore, horrible smell, wouldn't give a refund when we was only there 2 mins max.

Pros:

Very convenient to my training class and attractions. Very nice area of town.

Cons:

My only issue was the shower door in 217 would not stay closed. I had to place a washcloth in the trac. and the Curtains need replacing.
