Pros:

Quiet location

Cons:

We went out for food and came back to notice the room had a very slight smell of sewage which potentially came from the bathroom.

There was some excessive noise on our floor in the hallway at about 3am which woke us up

Budget accommodation good value
Pros:

Location 3 mins walk from Kings theater. Value of stay

Cons:

A mix up in that I had paid via booking . com but it wasn't showing on hotel system. I ordered hot chocolate at the bar at night and we waited quite a while seemed to be a problem - hot chocolate lukewarm. Apart from that all as expected

Unfriendly Reception Staff
Pros:

Location. The young guy in the night shift was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfriendly and unprofessional Staff at the reception. The lady from East Europe with dark hair were unfriendly and NOT welcoming at all. She did not have a single smile on her face. I think the management should train them how to communicate and welcome guests in appropriate way according to the hospitality practices.
