Cons:

Our room smelt so bad like cigarette smoke. Asked for another room and there was none unfortunately. Staff couldn’t have cared any less I don’t think. Aircon didn’t cool the room at all
Tap handle in kitchen fell off when trying to use it. Dust all over skirts and bed head
I wouldn’t even say you get what you pay for honestly

Pros:

Convenient location and the fact that check-in is open until 10:00 pm.

Cons:

When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of some kind of spices. Also, when we arrived in the evening for check-in, the manager didn't open the door and asked strange questions about the deposit. I had already reserved the room and accepted the terms. It was very unpleasant to discuss my money over the intercom in the evening while standing outside.

Pros:

Property was clean and spacious

Cons:

Sofas were not very comfortable, we had to lug baggage up the stairs and there was a charge for off street parking.

Pros:

Perfect position for seeing historical sites in Parramatta. The person at reception went out of their way to replace a damaged saucepan as I needed to cook my own food due to strict diet requirements.

Cons:

One of the windows didn't open. Not enough lounge chairs.

Disappointed but the only bonus was close to Rosehill Gardens racecourse.
Pros:

The bathrooms and kitchen were well looked after and cared for. The best part of the accommodation about the it was close to the racecourse.

Cons:

The apartment had a musky smell when you entered. Carpet area near the kitchen had holes. Needs some work done on the apartment to bring it up to the standard of kitchen and bathroom areas. Needs some comfortable lounges as you could feel the bars in the base.

Pros:

Staff was very unhelpful. We organised early check-in and got there just to hear that the room was not going to be ready before normal check-in time so we had to keep the 2 kids in the car for another hour.
My fault, I left an item behind and again it is a pain to get it sent back to my adress.
Also 4 bags of coffee and 4x1 serve of milk for an apartment of 6 people is a little short, no ice cubes, the light in the bathroom wasn’t working…

Disappointment
Pros:

The location was fantastic

Cons:

They are supposed to be 4 star I would rate it as a 2.5-3 star.
We were supposedly in the executive 2 bedroom apartment, it was not what it looked like in the photos and definitely was not an executive apartment.
