Uncomfortable stay
Pros:

Close to our needs.

Cons:

Bed sagged into the middle, pillows uncomfortable, dishes all dirty and gritty, lounges both broken, paid for secure parking-when we go there found out gate was broken. Opened fridge and shelves fell out. Smell coming from bathroom drains was putrid, bathroom door didn't close or lock, drain pipe not functioning with big rainfall. Created puddle in the garden bed.

- way overpriced for what is offered
- not provided more than 1 key for 3 adults. In asking, I was given 1 more & instructed to sign for it
- Staff not very friendly.
- I had to ask for enough towels for people booked in.
- no coffee.
- Hallways smelled.
- kitchen an bathroom taps didn't work properly.
- no shower gel.
- stains on carpet.
- hot water ran out before all guests could shower.
- beds were rock hard
- no aircondition in bedrooms that are upstairs & it's stiflingly hot.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Absolutely nothing to like about this place or the team who are present

Cons:

Didn't like the lingering odour throughout the facility
Didn't like the dirtiness
Didn't like the fact that there was no air conditioning upstairs where the bed was
Didnt like the hair in the bathroom
Didn't like dealing with reception, they were rude

Overall if you fix the temperature issue in the room you will have a nice place to stay.
Pros:

Centrally located to everything.

Cons:

The room we stayed in had aircon downstairs and the master bed upstairs. The climate change was like the desert and Antartica. My family ended up getting sick and sore throats. Aircon was also leaking even after I told someone they didn’t do anything about it. I ended up using a trash can to collect the water so the carpet doesn’t get damaged.

Person at reception. He couldn't care less attitude while hitching up his trousers! Scorch marks on bench. Runs in carpet. 1 full length window by door. Skylight in bedroom plus 1 ceiling light, 2 bedside lamps. Bathroom and bedroom needed light on if you were in there. Filthy red chair in living area. Small plastic drink bottle used as ashtray. On aircon motor outside door. Was there when we arrived. Still there when we left. Terrible outlook from door. Never cleaned or swept. Dead leaves blew in door every time door was opened. No information available in room apart from internet information. All in all the biggest waste of $902 for pensioners ever. NO WAY WAS THIS A 4star. LUCKY TO EVEN BE 2!! In future I will find it very difficult to book with you if this is how you rate your properties. I have photos to prove my comments. Waited for $200 refund and had to phone property to make sure we would get it. Came today after my call.
