Pros:

Location is good. Right by airport and main highways and roads.

Cons:

Rooms are bad. We had 103. They are dingy and humid. We had to have the ac running on 68 at all times. The front door popped open on us 2 times (that we recall) and 1 in the middle of the night while we slept. The auto lock did not work. There was an excursion of some sort and 3 vans full of teenagers that were loud, slammed doors (room 101 next to us) and ran up and down the hallways until at least 11pm. The only staff members that were kind was the security guard with short blonde hair and Julissa who always greeted us and said goodbye. Our floor and carpet was dirty so we put towels down to not step on the bathroom one. The top blanket on the beds feels like tissue paper and it's itchy, the pillows were horrible and like sleeping on a bag of water. My last 2 nights my neck was not happy. We had to use at least 2 or 3 to even lay comfortably if just relaxing in the bed. The rooms are tightly packed together so you hear EVERYTHING! Our neighbors in 105 were super loud at 7am in their bathroom to which there was a door that connected our rooms and I could hear every noise, conversation and cakle at 7am. I would've spent one day and left if it wasn't for cancelation fees. 3 nights were horrible. Avoid it if you can. I have no idea how this place has 4☆ reviews on google.

Excellent service! The staff was incredibly friendly, and arriving to a warm smile after a long flight was exactly what I needed. Housekeeping was also highly attentive, always checking in to see if I needed any essential amenities. Highly recommend

Pros:

La piscina y los empleados del front desk, muy serviciales . Igualmente las personas de Housekeeping muy serviciales y atentas. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado.

Cons:

El personal del área del comedor, tenían un trato hostil e invasivo, observando todo lo que se hacía en el comedor, que no está mal pues es su trabajo pero hay otras formas de hacerlo sin hacer sentir incómodo al huésped, q pagó por estar ahí.
