Amazing and a lot of that is due to the staff.
Pros:

Great rooms, location, plenty of food around the area within walking distance. Staff has been nothing short of amazing. They are quick to help you with literally whatever you need.

Good value, nice breakfast option, pool and hot tub were decent.
Pros:

Liked having an option for a double queen room with a pullout couch. Helped for travelling with a sports team. The continental breakfast was decent considering how small their space was to work with. Even black, the coffee was great. Kids loved the waffles they could make. The hours for the pool and hottub, amazing (24hrs). The bathroom, linens, room, all were very clean. Ample parking. Nice to have a mini fridge in our room.

Cons:

No additional linens in the room with a pull out. Had to go to front desk and ask for blankets, then ask again for a pillow. The pullout, like most, was very uncomfortable, a foam topper would alleviate that. The breakfast ended at 9am, would be nice to go til 10. An ice machine on each floor would be a nice addition. Restocking towels in the pool area needed doing more often.

Good value for the price. Keep expectations reasonable.
Pros:

Good value for the price. Nice to have a separate room for the kids! Passable breakfast options. Convenient location with stores and restaurants close by.

Cons:

Needs some updating and TLC in places. Room smelled a bit.
