This was a nice place to stay. We liked it. It was very clean. One thing that could possibly be better is extra pillows for the bed.

we stayed at the comfort suites because it had a very good rating and a very good price… the room was perfectly clean… the beds were comfortable… the breakfast did the job nicely… all in all, i’m satisfied with our stay there.

Clean room, no bodywash

For the price it’s a good place to stay last minute. If you’re into white noise then the highway traffic at night helps. Good places to eat around there. The staff talks a bit rude I think it’s regular tho. The beds were clean and I did not love the bathroom at all

This is a barebones hotel which was sufficient for our single night stay to attend a friend’s party.

Staff was very polite and accommodated our request for a room closer to the elevator.

Room was clean and spacious
TV , refrigerator , microwave and showers worked perfectly.
A simple hot Breakfast was provided and was adequate if you need something before stepping out. Coffee was meh.

Will recommend it as a short stay, comfortable plain vanilla hotel with no frills

Easy check in.

They will ask you to pay extra $100 fees at Check in. If you refuse to pay that money. Your reservation will be canceled and if you don’t have insurance, you will lose the money. The staff are not friendly or nice. Very unprofessional & not accommodating. Lastly, my room was not well cleaned.

Positive:
The overall environment was cleaned, quiet, parking was no issue, and convenient.

The hotel wasvery clean the people at the front desk were accommodating when anything was needed. I really like that someone was available 24 seven to assist the guests.

The rooms smell very bad. I requested to change the room. The second room smell was worst.

We have stayed there 4 yrs in a row. Each yr had been a steady decline. The property outside is very unkept. We saw mice amongst the 3 & 4 ft weeds at entrance area. There are VERY high weeds all over the priperty. Each morning we had to ask the breakfast girl for yogurt and milk, which was empty. She was sitting playing on her phone. One morning all the juice was water at 8 am, nothing was hooked up and people were upset but I had already asked for the other things to be replenished and didn't bother to ask for anything else. No attention to customers. Front desk staff were polite. No room maintenance after 1st night but we didnt know. Called down for cleaan towels and were told to bring dirty towels down to be replaced one for one. Not the customer service I would expect in the service industry. We will never stay here again.

Breakfast quality is good

Everything was great - the only hitch was when the electronic key stopped opening my door but that was resolved

Property needs some TLC. Not too bad of a stay and easy drives to both NYC and Princeton.
