OK Stay
Pros:

Easy and efficient check-in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The first assigned room had an odor of smoke but the second room was odorless. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area including a movie theater. Refrigerator had a freezer. Room had a wide bench which accommodated two pieces of luggage. The shower was good with powerful spray. The breakfast was good. The location was good and for being right on Route 1 it was very quiet.

Cons:

The floors were carpeted (and seemed clean) but we prefer hardwood flooring. The guest just above our room was very noisy as far as walking back and forth across the room although we didn't hear the sound of voices, music or TV. One of the gooseneck lamps on the side of the bed was broken. The bathroom faucet fixture needs lubrication; very hard to turn on. The nightlight in the bathroom had burned out. The distance between the toilet seat and water was minimal. Had to pay extra fee to watch HGTV and other programs which are normally free at most hotels.

Excellent
Pros:

Th location, staff and cleanliness of the facility. The price was excellent and the lobby was very clean, had a welcoming vibe. The space in the room s was great

Cons:

The bed in 211, when we sit or laid down the mattress spring was squeaking, Not sure how long it's been like that, Maybe it is loosing some of it's support. Otherwise, excellent choice and would definitely book this location again.

Not the best at all
Pros:

Didn’t try the breakfast. It was close and convenient.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen sink didn’t work. The ac barely cooled down the room. The shower screams.
