The bathroom was not cleaned so great. Pinkish residue was in the shower and around the bathroom walls. I used a towel to clean it up.

We reserved on the 21st of October but when we arrived at the hotel on the 28th of October, my name was not in the reservation. We had to go check other Holidays. My name was not there either. After calling Books.com then our reservation was validated.

Clean room, nice pool and jacuzzi.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff was amazing. I believe her name was Tinamarie, she was helpful and made our stay pleasant.

Cons:

The only thing was you could hear the traffic and other hotel guests closing their doors so it was kind of loud when we were going to sleep.

Probably won’t stay at this property again because of the horrible sleep and flareup
Pros:

Location was great while traveling along I25. The staff was super friendly. Appeared organized and clean on the surface.

Cons:

There was mold in the bathroom which caused a mild flare up in my lungs. The HVAC unit ran continuously and was extremely loud. It made it hard to sleep.
