Direi che si tratta di un'ottima opzione in termini di qualità e prezzo.
Pros:

Colazione molto buona, lo staff molto buono,l'hotel in generale e bello, camera comoda.

Cons:

Parcheggio buoi e trascurato, l'aria condizionata non era sufficiente e quindi in camera se sentiva caldo. Lontano del centro di Roma e non ci sono mezzi di trasporto nelle vicinanze che ti portino al centro.

Cons:

Sono stata ospite diverse volte al Mercure ma questa volta è stato molto deludente. Il secondo giorno dal nostro arrivo al rientro intorno alle 17 abbiamo avuto la brutta sorpresa di trovare il letto disfatto il bagno sporco :la camera non era stata ripulita .

camera un po' troppo rumorosa, si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva nel corridoio e in ascensore. Alle 5 di mattina siamo stati svegliati da gruppo di persone che parlavano e ridevano molto rumorosamente in corridoio svegliando tutti!

Lo staff educato e disponibile

Cons:

La stanza assegnata climatizzatore guasto con temperature elevate. Cambio della stanza risolto dopo 2 solleciti. In struttura vi era con noi una signora anziana prossima ad un intervento e una bimba piccola.

Foi uma estadia agradável e correspondeu às expectativas.

da assecibilidade ao quarto para cadeira de rodas. Da arrumação e limpeza do quarto. Gostei bastante Da mudança frequente de roupa de cama.

Cons:

Como deficiente de cadeira de rodas não gostei das condições da casa de banho. Foi impossível tomar banho e o uso do sanitário teve que ser com recorrência a casa de banho para deficientes da zona de reuniões do hotel.
Sei que o hotel tem quartos para deficientes no entanto não podem ser triplos e eu necessito sempre de apoio de 2 pessoas de família.
