Filthy carpet,sink, and bathroom tub.TV wasn’t working.I spoke to the front desk and was told that it depends where my room located and WiFi normally don’t work.When we walked in room was warm.Other hotels we stayed at normally ready for guest with room comfortable temperature,but this one isn’t.
I booked this hotel for my daughter’s birthday weekend so we could have swimming even though her birthdays in the cold weather. It’s the only reason we booked this hotel. We got there at 3:40pm and the pool was closed. We wanted a refund once we found out but the receptionist told us since we booked 3rd party we have to call them for a refund. I called booking.com and after an hour wait I finally got help with customer service, they said they canceled the reservation and I would get refunded. I then told the receptionist I want to check out. I’m still waiting for my refund. I had to go to a different hotel so my daughter’s birthday wasn’t ruined .
No pool available
The staff were very nice, bed was very comfortable.
Hair in the shower and throughout room. The sink and toilet had cracks. The pool was closed.
Disappointed that we paid a premium price for no pool and unclean.
We enjoyed the assortment of breakfast items and the bed was extremely comfortable. Front desk folks were extremely friendly. The hotel itself is very dated and prices during the football game weekend were absolutely horrific - a 200% markup.
The stuff was very nice and friendly and we had a nice stay. The breakfast was good and coffee as well! However, there were some insects (spiders and ants) in the room where we stayed. And overall it wasn’t very clean. It’s a good choice for this price.
8 min drive to Notre Dame Campus and slclose to plenty of shops and dining
Just as expected
Unclean bathroom, shower had wet dirt in bathtub, hallway wet smell.

Clean hotek witha lot of food options nearby.
They do a good breakfast, plenty of choices.
I expected free breakfast but not so and what I could buy there looked not anything I wanted, like oa5meal or a nice danish. They had dry looking bagels and muffins. Ugh.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can report was the cleanliness of the room. There were cobwebs hanging on the wall and the carpeting had a huge stain at the entrance, as well as stains on the couch and extra blanket.
Easy check-in and parking. Facility felt a little tired but otherwise ok.
Love Springhill Suites due to No Pet Policy! Very clean!
The TV does need to be in a better area to view better!
