Great room and very helpful durng unprecendented events
Pros:

Gave us a lovely room after we had been evacuated from the airport terminal and had been queueing there for 10 hours. We were exhausted and check in (by Muhammad) was friendly, helpful and super-efficient.

Cons:

The two restaurants: uninspirnig breakfast, awkard lay out and just packed. Needs another coffeee machine at the Level 2 resturant!
The pool was packed but maybe because of the exceptional events going on all around.

I want to thank Muhammad the young receptionist honestly I think he’s from Uzbekistan or Kazakhstan if I’m not mistaken
Pros:

The details and exceptional service and everyone was very helpful, especially room service and the cleaners. Also, everyone who manages the floor of the Reception always asking if you need a taxi you need a ride do you need help you have Wi-Fi and with everything that’s been happening and the extraordinary circumstances when you see people going out out of their length and doing more than what they need to do it’s really exceptional.

Cons:

Honestly, what I didn’t like is that I couldn’t stay any longer. Rotana continuously proves that it is a heritage of a legacy in the hospitality industry and I’ve always enjoyed being here. It’s not my first time thank you very much

Bardzo udany pobyt, na pewno tu wrócę.
Pros:

Hotel zaraz przy stacji metra co jest w Dubaju niesamowitym atutem. Personel na najwyższym poziomie. Kultura, uśmiech, reagowali niemal natychmiast na nasze prośby. Wzięliśmy odnowione pokoje - bardzo ładnie urządzone, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Bardzo miłym dla nas zaskoczeniem było, że dostaliśmy większy pokój niż ten za który zapłaciliśmy. Łazienka mogłaby być większa, ale to nie stanowiło żadnego problemu. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane na błysk. Woda w butelkach plastikowych codziennie dostarczana do pokoju. Z opcji żywieniowej wzięliśmy tylko śniadania, które były dość urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Cons:

Są trzy rzeczy do których mogłabym mieć uwagi: małe windy na które czekało się dosyć długo, za mało obsługi w trakcie śniadania, oraz niesmaczne pieczywo na śniadanie, które było przyprawiane na ostro lub słodko oraz chleb tostowy :(

Un hôtel particulièrement bien placé.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel. Son personnel à notre écoute. Le confort de ses équipements.

Cons:

Le système des ascenseurs. Monter et descendre était parfois très très long.
