This hotel shows absolutely no respect to its guests. No respect at all. I lost my money as soon as I arrived in Dubai, and I explained everything to the reception, telling them I would pay by 10:00 AM in the morning.

However, an employee named Mahmood was rude and unprofessional, and he forced me to spend the night in the waiting area. I am now having to stay in the lobby overnight because of this.

I believe that an international-level hotel should show at least some understanding toward its guests. I was not trying to run away or avoid payment in any way—I fully intended to pay.

Unfortunately, the staff at this hotel behave very rudely. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

On top of that, the hotel’s restaurant is not even operating for breakfast or dinner. Instead, they use the menu and space of the basement nightclub. The food is also very bad and tasteless.

I regret choosing this hotel.

Pros:

I stayed for 2 days at Rotana Towers and it was a great experience. The view was stunning, the room spacious and breakfasts were unforgettable. The metro station was really close and comfortable to get to.
I wish I will return to this hotel again!
