Pros:

nothing, i waited long time (6 hours) after checkin to clean the room, but then i entered, tge dust was everywhere and nothing was clean. They give us a free lunch but me and my family are poisoined

Room was great new design room, house keeping staff kalil did arranged our both room 1101,1107 very neat and clean,
we were booked for Full board during meal service all staff were great additional thanks to Hashan from elevate restaurant for his amazing energy thought out his shift and serving to all guest with same energy excellent service. and front desk staff Rubie were excellent engaging with guest

Cons:

one of room 1107 got delayed checking had to wait for 2 hours, long que during breakfast and some time dinner.
