Generally described as clean and hygienic in many reviews, but there are recurring issues with external windows/glass, a dirty glass wall affecting photos, and a problematic bathtub drain that required technician intervention.
Service
9.5
Service is frequently praised: reception staff repeatedly named and thanked, helpful with early check-in and room upgrades, friendly and accommodating breakfast staff — strong positive sentiment for staff and service.
Location
9.5
Location is repeatedly highlighted as excellent — close to the metro, two stops from Dubai Mall, near city center and services; cited as a major positive by many reviewers.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and in some cases upgraded to suites; however some guests noted uncomfortable bathroom door placement, a hard-to-operate bathtub drain and occasional issues like warm AC or dirty glass.
Amenities
7
Hotel offers a range of amenities (pool, gym, coffee shop, salon, laundry, family facilities) and these are appreciated, but there are specific complaints about the pool and cleanliness of some external amenities that lower this score slightly.
Value for Money
9
Multiple reviewers mention good monetary value and intention to repeat visits; upgrades and reasonable rates contribute to a strong value perception.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast is frequently praised (noted items like chocolate fondue), variety and quality generally positive; a few comments mention limited variety but overall sentiment is favorable.
Overall Experience
9
Overall impressions are very positive with many guests calling the stay memorable, planning to repeat visits, and giving top marks; isolated operational/cleanliness issues temper perfection but do not dominate.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

This is my second stay at Towers Rotana. The best part is the location its very close to the metro & Dubai mall is just 2 stops away. Clean & comfortable place.
Got early check in after an overnight tiring flight.
Breakfast is good , really enjoyed the chocolate fondue with marshmallows.

Cons:

The location of the bathroom door was a little uncomfortable. Bathtub drain opener was very hard, had to call a technician every time to open it.
