A very disappointing stay due to poor room quality, failure to honor my booking preferences, and unprofessional customer
Pros:

The hotel has a good location and I have stayed here several times before. The facilities are good, and my previous experiences were much better, which is why I chose to return.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. I specifically booked a smoking room, but none was available when I checked in. I also booked a specific room type based on my previous stays, but I was given a completely different room without any proper explanation or attempt to accommodate my request.

What made the experience worse was the attitude of the reception staff, especially Reda. He was rude, unhelpful, and showed no willingness to resolve the issue or offer any alternatives. As a returning guest, I expected much better customer service. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service at reception, and it is becoming a recurring issue.
