Pros:

First impression was wonderful - a warm welcome at the reception and a smooth, easy check-in. The hotel looks very nice, and my room was even better than I expected. The location of the hotel is great. Room cleaning was good as well, with no complaints.

Unfortunately, the overall impression was somewhat spoiled by the rather limited breakfast selection with a lot of processed (meat) products. Another observation is that staff serving breakfast almost obsessively clear dishes from the tables and create unnecessary crowding around the food setup, which makes the atmosphere feel tense rather than relaxed. This is quite below the level one would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Das Hotel ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und liegt in einer netten Umgebung. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet – mit Tee- und Kaffeezubehör, Minibar sowie einer kostenlosen Flasche Wasser. Alles ist sauber, und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher sind angenehm.

Cons:

Wenn die Fenster zur Hauptstraße oder auch zur Nebenstraße hin liegen, kann es nachts zum Schlafen ziemlich laut sein.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön, warm und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker, besonders das Rührei. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Nur das Zimmer war etwas dunkel (wegen der Beleuchtung), aber das war kein großes Problem.

Sehr freundliches Personal (Rezeption/Reinigung).

Cons:

Leider war der Duschkopf im Zimmer 310 defekt und nach der täglichen Reinigung wurde nicht darauf reagiert.
