Ideales Haus für einen Städtetrip ohne Auto !
Pros:

Zimmer: sind geräumig und sauber. Bad ebenfalls. Fenster lassen kaum Schall von der Strasse hinein.
Frühstück: sehr vielseitig aufgestellt, u.a. mit Müsli, frischem Obst und Rohkost, frischen Brezeln und Weisswurst. Hier findet jeder etwas für sich. Auch hier sorgt das Team für umgehende Sauberkeit und räumt Tische umgehend nach Verlassen ab.
Lage und Umfeld: Das Haus liegt in einem Bereich von München, wo auch viele Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund leben. Entsprechend typische Einzelhandelsgeschäfte und Restaurants/Imbisse liegen im Umfeld des Hauses. Für Menschen, die mit Ausländern oder fremden Kulturen Schwierigkeiten haben, mag das fremd und ungewohnt sein, aber München ist nun einmal kein Dorf auf dem Land. Als Hotel für einen Städtetrip ist das Haus aber ideal. Ein Auto braucht man nicht. Die U-Bahn Station Harras ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Haltestellen für Busse ebenfalls.

Cons:

Man sollte beachten:

1) In diesem Hotel gibt es nur Frühstück.
2) das Haus hat für Gäste auch ein eigenes Parkhaus. Die Einfahrtshöhe ist allerdings sehr niedrig. Vor Buchung des Parkplatzes also unbedingt prüfen, ob das Auto überhaupt da hinein passt.
3) mir persönlich ist aufgefallen, dass im Bad direkt neben dem Wasserhahn eine Steckdose verbaut wurde, die offen - also ohne Spritzschutzklappe - war. Erstaunlich, dass das baurechtlich geht. Ich persönlich sehe da eine Gefahrenstelle.

Gut mit den Öffis zu erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein. Man kann alternativ noch nebenan in einem Schulungsraum sein Frühstück einnehmen - allerdings ist es dort mehr als ungemütlich und vorallem wird dort während der Frühstückszeit nicht einmal ein Tisch abgewischt.
Dad Frühstücksbüffett selbst war ok, aber der Kaffeeautomat war von der Sauberkeit her eine Katastrophe. Da sollte man bei Milchmischgetränkwn durchaus öfter sauber machen.

Zum schlafen reicht es. Anbindung s Bahn u Bahn ok.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen . Die Heizung funktionierte.

Cons:

Trotz Frühstück incl. keine Brötchen oder Brot. Es war sehr voll und die eine Bedienung war sehr überfordert.
