Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé et chambre confortable. Petit-déjeuner très bon. Seul bémol, un bruit incessant de la climatisation probablement pendant la nuit, toutes les 30 minutes.

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, großes Zimmer, Nespresso im Zimmer, Kühlschrank mit einer kostenlosen Flasche Mineralwasser, eigenes Bar wo man auch essen kann, eigene Parkplätze im Hinterhof, 10 Euro Geschenkgutschein beim Verzicht auf die Zimmerreinigung, sehr nette Ambiente.

Really nice hotel, didn’t love the immediate areas around the hotel.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and very comfortable room, nice bar and relaxing areas in the lobby with very friendly staff. Didn’t have breakfast during our stay but it did look very nice with plenty of choice, as we past by.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault at all, but there were some very unsavoury characters in the area of the hotel and as we arrived and departed from Munich central train station, we were shocked at how unsafe we felt (bearing in mind this was about our 10th train station in a long trip around Europe). I appreciate this is more about the area than the hotel but think it’s important for potential guests to be aware. On reflection we could have got off at the station before and might have felt slightly better about the area

Bra och bekvämt hotell nära Hauptbahnhof. Ligger på ”rätt” sida om stationen så det känns mindre stökigt. Nära till centrum och flera fina Biergartens.

Great Experience (With One Small Tip!)
Pros:

The staff is amazingly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need.
​The hotel itself isn't brand new, but it is kept in great condition—I honestly have zero complaints about it. Everything was spotless, and the housekeeping team does a fantastic job every day.
​As for the breakfast, while the selection isn't huge, there is more than enough to choose from, and the quality of the food is top-notch. On top of all that, the location is absolutely excellent, and they offer a great luggage storage option until 18:00, which was extremely convenient for us.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that our windows faced a busy street, so traffic noise was quite noticeable. However, we easily fixed this by buying earplugs for €3.
