I will gladly return here next year if the price remains competitively lower than other options.
Pros:

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again I was not disappointed. I arrived with a colleague and initially we were given a room with a double bed, which caused a small inconvenience, but the room was quickly changed to one with two separate beds. It was also wonderful to see that the hotel has a room for ironing clothes. In short, everything you need is there.

Der Fernseher ist größer wie in anderen Hotels

Cons:

- die straßenbahn vor der Tür war sehr laut bereits morgens um 4 Uhr war die Bahn wieder da.
- an den baden Tagen gab es keinen Snacks in der Hotelbar
- es gab vor Ort keine Rechnung. Ich sollte mich ein booking wenden
- Parkplatz kostet 21 € die Nacht

A great mid-range hotel near the Munich central train station.
Pros:

The Kings Hotel First is a great place to stay if you want to be near the Hauptbanhof train station in Munich-- just 3 blocks away. The hotel has a very nice lobby where you can sit and chat. The breakfast for about 20 Euros is sumptuous, with a wide assortment of foods, and even champagne along with your coffee. At night, you can sit in the restaurant area and have a drink or a beer. If you decide not to have maid service in the morning, they also give you a coupon worth 10 Euros to buy drinks at the bar in the evening-- a nice touch. We had reserved a large room, with a separate seating area and we loved the spaciousness of the room. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean (although the shower/tub is a bit high to step into). We had a great stay here. The staff at the desk and the breakfast service were wonderful.

Cons:

We were completely satisfied with this hotel. Nothing really disappointed us.

Nice short stay with only 15 minutes walk to the old town
Pros:

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Parking next door was very good and not that expensive. It’s a very nice hotel just in the wrong area.

Cons:

Location wasn’t the nicest area as very close to main station. We had room on the front it was quite noisy all night and warm and couldn’t open the windows because of the noise. Air conditioning didn’t work that well.

Amazing staff, best beds, somewhat weird location
Pros:

- The family rooms were spacious and nice. Very clean. Thanks to the nice young lady helping with the cleaning!

- The bed was excellent. One of the best we experienced.

- The staff at the registration desk was excellent. Especially the lady from Australia, the lady from Azerbaijan and the lady from Turkey. Thanks for making us feel welcomed and for the sweet gift for our baby girl!

- The staff at the restaurant were nice especially the white haired gentleman. You have assisted us really well.

- The baby cot was great.

- It was excellent to have running hot water in the room. What a relief it was.

- The voucher offer was an excellent touch!

Cons:

- We had to pay for slippers. I think they could have been made available for use in the rooms.

- There should be a kettle in the room. If you have a coffee machine I believe it would only be fair to make it available for those who drink tea and not coffee.

- The soundproofing wasn't all that great. The trams and the early morning construction workers made it very annoying in the room.

- The air-conditioner didn't work all the time. Especially the last night it just didn't work.

- The baby seat at the restaurant was broken. I think it should be fixed. The staff was very kind with helping us.

- Sadly there were a lot of homeless and drunk people around the hotel's location.
