After checking in to what should have been a serviced room.. The floor was not vacuumed, the bath had not been cleaned (someone else's soap scum ring remained) and the toilet had what appeared to be a lot of either feces or vomit? Running down the outside. Informed reception, they moved us to a downgraded room with not so much as a refund, credit, breakfast voucher or anything else other than a measley oh sorry we'll let house keeping know. WTAF has happened to the World and respect, and courtesy, loyalty.. for that matter, any form of value! Haven't returned. We have stayed here many times, always an issue, and literally not accommodating.. we won't be staying again.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Toowoomba.
Pros:

We stay here whenever we come to Toowoomba and we love it. The rooms are always well made, staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great. Plenty of secure parking and walkable to many landmarks around town.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like.
