Don't stay in this place it's a nightmare

The way I was treated like I was insignificant I was a pain customer and was forced to stay in another room because the key did not work one night and did not have access to any of my stuff I checked out the next day and I have still not received a refund for the balance of the week this place sucks and there has been no way to get any contact with the owner who is supposed to approve the refund all I'm asking for is $360 back I only stayed One Night in my room the next night I had to stay in another room because they had no way of getting me into my room and they would not call a locksmith to take care of the problem this place is no good it's not a place where I would recommend anyone else to ever stay no customer service no consideration for paying customers and the atmosphere was that of a an episode of intervention

Horrible nightmare

I paid $83 for a room. No sheets or blanket and 1 pillow, After 9 pm. I finally received bedding which I had to assemble. Tried to get attention of host but was unable due to a personal call she entertained. Kitchen area had no pot pans or cup and plates. No coffee to be found. I reserved this room because price was $69.13. Immediately after making reservation my bank notified me that that amount had been taken out of my account repeatedly. When I arrived the host billed me $83. At this point I had to pay it. Lastly, when I entered my room there was a joint taped to the inside of. Door. Requested a refund but was refused
