Adequate and pleasant facility in great area for lots of shopping dining etc. Not fancy, but very good accommodation.

Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good. Location was just O.K., on a very busy road, but walking distance from several good places to eat.

Cons:

The night shift desk lady was playing music at 2am. Loudly, and someone was also singing. It was like she was hosting a karaoke event down there. It kind of blew my mind -- your customers are here to SLEEP, and you're pumping music and have someone singing at 2am? Really? But really?

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

The elevator was not working. We had to go up 4 flights of stairs with luggages to get to our room. The lady that checked us in at the front desk had a very short attitude. Was not very accommodating when asking questions.

Wonderful stay my babies and mother loved the heated pool and the water temperature in the shower

The receptionist was amazing at check in and so helpful.

Cons:

While we were down for breakfast, one of my children had to use the restroom and we were told we had to have our key to access the restroom. I had to go back to the front desk to get a key just so my 9yr old could access the restroom.
This piece of information needs to be told to us at check in. This was very inconvenient and the kitchen staff was not very helpful in explaining this situation.

Pros:

The hotel is very clean top to bottom. Staff are all friendly and helpful. So much yummy food choices for breakfast! And the pillows!!! Oh my they are wonderful!!
