Wonderful stay my babies and mother loved the heated pool and the water temperature in the shower
Pros:

The receptionist was amazing at check in and so helpful.

Cons:

While we were down for breakfast, one of my children had to use the restroom and we were told we had to have our key to access the restroom. I had to go back to the front desk to get a key just so my 9yr old could access the restroom.
This piece of information needs to be told to us at check in. This was very inconvenient and the kitchen staff was not very helpful in explaining this situation.

Pros:

The hotel is very clean top to bottom. Staff are all friendly and helpful. So much yummy food choices for breakfast! And the pillows!!! Oh my they are wonderful!!

The stay made me want to stay at other locations when we travel in the future.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The kitchen staff was very helpful. Everything was clean and the food was fresh.

Great location and reliable stay.
Pros:

I appreciated that Yuni went above and beyond each time we stayed and actually remembered us from the previous visits. My FIL was going through treatments at Emory and she made us feel welcome. We were able to focus on resting after long days in the hospital because she took care of us.

Cons:

Elevator is really slow even when it doesn't seem like there are many guests using it or it is after hours.

Stayed there several times during FIL's time at Emory. Treatment is done but we would stay again.
Pros:

Yuni was extremely personable and helpful. The light at the far end of the parking lot is a nice feature since it makes it feel extra safe. The location is great for Emory.

Cons:

Probably needed two elevators for this size building and I'm not sure you can fix that now. It seems extremely slow even while considering that other guests are using it. We would have taken the stairs several times but didn't see any clear markings showing where they were. By the time we had given up on the elevator, it would arrive so we didn't really look hard for the stairs.

Sehr nettes Personal, schöne Zimmer und dazu kleines Frühstück. Die Lage, besonders wenn man auch bisschen rundum Atlanta erleben möchte ist perfekt!
