Pros:

Das Personal war so freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet 9/10 nur der Saft künstlich geschmeckt.
Die Aussicht ein Traum.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war nicht so sauber also eher gesagt die Dusche und das Bett war hart.

Das Zimmer Service (Essen) war auch echt schlecht , hatte ein Steak mit chimichuri, Salat und Pommes.
Die Salat habe ich ausgespuckt, das Steak war ok. Die Pommes war gut.
Aber nach dieser Mahlzeit war mein Urlaub fast vorbei, Übelkeit und starke Magenschmerzen waren ab da mein begleiteter das war echt schlimm.

Obligé de changer de chambre, après une odeur de moisi le repas du soir, très peu de choix, mais un petit déjeuner sans grand choix également

Chybala skrina v izbe, inak zariadenie postacujuce, s kanvicou a cajom na uvarenie. Cistota nebola uplne 100%, ale kazdy den vyniesli kos a zastlali postel, co bolo fajn

Disappointed.
Pros:

Personnel were all friendly and helpful. Location is good. Bed is big.

Cons:

Room is stated as buisness-class room, however it was extremely small, lots of damaged items and surfaces like table, doors, sink, toilet, chairs. Hygiene set is a bare minimum.
Breakfast is very bad. Extremely small choice of what to eat for a non-vegan person. Vegan options are basically non-existant there. One coffee machine was broken down for the entire time of 5 days staying. There was practically a quest to find non-chipped plates. 90% of them are damaged.
Sauna was visited every day and only once there were towels inside, so had to take them all the time from the rooms.
Based on the experience there are so many 3* hotels which are better and fresher like this.

Cons:

One of the towels we received was dirty. Elevators were not functioning properly and took ages to come + they fit only 4 people with one go, which makes them extremely busy most of the time. Breakfast experience was mediocre, as food was relatively cold + the first morning there was a lack of plates and kitchen tools available, making us wait for almost 10 minutes before eating.
