Pros:

Great location - just across the street from the beach. Quiet neighborhood though. Stores and shops around the corner. Clean room. Tasty breakfast. I would stay here again :)

Odpowiednia jakość do ceny
Pros:

Nasz pobyt w hotelu oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie, choć nie obyło się bez kilku drobnych niedociągnięć.

Pokoje są dość skromnie urządzone, jednak najważniejsze, że były czyste i zadbane. To zdecydowanie wpływało na komfort naszego pobytu.

Ogromnym atutem hotelu jest obsługa. Szczególne podziękowania należą się paniom pracującym na recepcji – były niezwykle miłe, uśmiechnięte i pomocne na każdym etapie pobytu. Z panami na recepcji nasze doświadczenia były już nieco mniej pozytywne, ale mimo wszystko całościowo obsługę oceniamy bardzo dobrze.

Największe wrażenie zrobiła na nas możliwość zameldowania na kilka godzin przed oficjalną godziną check-in. Po podróży było to dla nas ogromne ułatwienie i gest, który sprawił, że hotel od razu zdobył nasze uznanie. Szczerze mówiąc, to właśnie ta elastyczność i podejście do gości sprawiły, że wszystkie pozostałe niedociągnięcia zeszły na dalszy plan.

Śniadania były smaczne, jednak organizacja wymaga poprawy. Przy pełnym obłożeniu hotelu jedna osoba obsługująca salę śniadaniową zdecydowanie nie była w stanie na bieżąco uzupełniać brakujących produktów. Często brakowało talerzy, sztućców, kubków czy jedzenia, a na uzupełnienie trzeba było chwilę poczekać. Widać było, że pracownica robiła, co mogła, ale po prostu potrzebowała wsparcia.

Na koniec warto wspomnieć o lokalizacji, która jest wręcz genialna. Hotel znajduje się w świetnej okolicy – blisko najważniejszych atrakcji Barcelony, restauracji, sklepów i komunikacji miejskiej. Większość miejsc można zwiedzać pieszo, co jest ogromnym udogodnieniem.

Podsumowując – mimo kilku drobnych minusów, pobyt wspominamy bardzo dobrze. Za świetną lokalizację, czystość, przemiłą obsługę recepcji oraz możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania z pewnością chętnie rozważylibyśmy ponowny pobyt w tym hotelu.

Pros:

Location was really good. In front of the beach, and near a bus and train station so you could go anywhere with no difficulties.

Staff was effective. They let us leave our bags after checkout and said I we wanted to enjoy one more beach day we could take a shower after before collecting our bags.

Cons:

Nothing to mention, by the price everything was really good
