The stay was fine,, the location is good near cetral city

The Location of the hotel was good, and the price was fair

Cons:

It looks old, unlike the ones in the reviews. The staff working on the night shift wasn't so responsive; the people from the morning were much nicer and provided good service.
I needed to argue with the concierge to replace the remote control, as it was not working; the TV and programs are limited, and also breakfast is in another building.

But in general it was ok

Alles in Allem sehr gut.
Pros:

Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Stadt. Gut Zimmeraufteilung und Größe - gerade für Familien ist das Apartment mit 2 getrennten Bereichen sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist super und vielfältig und man kann den Wellnessbereich kostenlos nutzen. Des Weiteren gibt es jeweils eine Flasche Wasser und Bier pro Tag gratis. Man kann den Glanz der vergangenen Tage noch erahnen.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung hat ihre besten Tage hinter sich, es ist noch alles in Ordnung, aber ein Refresh könnte nicht schaden, auch was die Technik in Form der TVs angeht. Die Matratzen sind in meinen Augen zu weich und die Kissen hoteltypisch viel zu klein und zu dünn.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Geschäfts- oder Urlaubsreise
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt bei der U-Bahn Station "Märkisches Museum" und ist somit über die U2 sehr gut an den ÖPNV angeschlossen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Mein Zimmer war ein Eckzimmer und bis auf einen Hund im Stock über mir und einer Melodie von Außen ruhig (mehr dazu bei was mir nicht gefallen hat).
Das Frühstück wird momentan im Hotel auf der anderen Straßenseite angeboten, war gut und auch mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern gelingt der Start in den Tag gut.

Cons:

Ich konnte mich nicht mit dem Hotel Wifi verbinden, weil auf allen Geräten eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt wurde. Nicht so schlimm, aber dennoch merkwürdig, dass weder iOS noch Android oder Windows funktionierten.
Was auch störend war, war ein kurzer Jingle, der ab c.a. 5 Uhr zu vernehmen war (ich denke, dass der Lärm vom Fitnessstudio gegenüber kommt).

המקום מושקע מאוד וקיימת מחשבה על פרטים הקטנים. הגישה השירותית בולטת ויש נכונות לסייע בכל בקשה. והכי חשוב מארח פאביו היה נעים ותמיד זמין.

Lage des Hotels sehr zentral. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr gut gereinigt, speziell die Küchenzeile. Der zugesagte Parkplatz im Edeka Parkhaus war nicht verfügbar. Leider keine ruhigen Zimmer aufgrund der Lage an stark frequentierten Straßen.
