This is in a great location. Rooms were in a great condition and very comfortable.

Very well situated to underground station. Apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and kitchenette. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff

Die Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Besonders hervorzuheben die Hygiene. Der Service sehr gut.

Cons:

Bei der Zimmerbeschreibung stand Mini Ar gefüllt mit 2 x Wasser und 2 Bier. Fazit. Kühlschrank war leert und auf dem Tisch stand eine Flasche Wasser.

Cons:

Was uns leider gar nicht gefallen hat war, dass Sonntag um 8.50Uhr das Cleaning- Personal bei uns geklopft hat, um zu fragen, wann wir auschecken, damit sie ihren Putzablaufplan anfertigen kann. Sonntags in Berlin vor 9Uhr geweckt zu werden finde ich eine große Frechheit, insbesondere, wenn man ohne Kind unterwegs ist und endlich mal ausschlafen hätte können.

Tolles Personal, das auch auf ungewöhnliche Wünsche konstruktiv einging. Ich hab mich bisher im Hotel noch nie so sehr als erwünschter Gast gefühlt.
Üppiges, leckeres Frühstücks-Buffet. Da macht die Virfreude darauf das Aufstehen leicht.
