Pros:

Ein ruhiger Ort mitten in Berlin, sehr komfortabel und sauber

Cons:

Wir hatten zusätzlich noch ein Zimmer zum Innenhof hin, da konnte man wegen Lautstärke schlecht mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Super god beliggenhed. Venligt personale. Fint, men lidt slidt hotel. Fin indisk restaurant i tilknytning til hotellet. God men dyr parkering. Supermarked tæt på.

Cons:

Lidt slidt hotel med ting, der ikke virkede, mikroovn og buksepresse. Der var noget støvet og anden ikke optimal rengøring.

Comfortable bed and spacious room

Cons:

During the 4 nights stay we never received a cleaning of the room and a change of towels.
The safe was quite small.

Pros:

Sehr gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip nach Berlin, U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit zum ein- und auschecken kurz in der Nähe mit dem Auto zu halten.

Satisfied our requirements for accommodation in Berlin. Very happy we booked this place.
Pros:

Well located in a nice area, close to train station and rail network. Noce area to walk around at night, near a canal network with good nearby eating facilities. Could walk directly to many of Berlins attractions within 30 plus minutes as required.

Comfortable quiet room, enjoyable breakfast settings and options.

Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff.

On site laundry facilities were useful.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind as to how to improve.

Pros:

So convenient and clean. Beautiful architecture. The windows open which helps you get great sleep. They open wide. Fantastic! I could iron my linen clothes in an immaculately clean laundry room. Every single thing top notch.

Value hotel-clean and convenient.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and obliging.

Cons:

We were not advised that there was no air conditioning. Breakfast was monotonous but generous. Ice would be a wonderful addition to the room.

We were out for most of the days, so on the whole it was ok. whole it was ok whole it was good
Pros:

It was central and the metro was close

Cons:

No air conditioner. Bedrooms were hot even with the fan on. When you leave a window open you can hear the cars/ambulances passing by. Staff not really helpful. I asked for a particular place and she didn’t know which way to go to it but didn’t bother to look it up to help with directions
