Pros:

God mat, hyggelig betjening

Cons:

Ødelagt dusj-slange som sprutet overalt, noe belysning fungerte ikke på rommet, klokken på rommet var stoppet. Noe støv i skap på rommet, skittent toalett

Good location but a little disappointing for the price.
Pros:

Good location close to the harbour. It was convenient to have afternoon tea and a simple dinner included. However the dinner is basic and repetitive.

Cons:

The decor and furnishings are worn and faded. Not what I would expect for a hotel at this price. The jacuzzi was closed. The sauna was luke warm. There is no bar. The window in my room was fixed closed and it was much too hot at night and I could not adjust the air conditioning. A disappointing stay ! However, the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

I think it was expensive for the standard of accommodation offered.
Pros:

Good Breakfast. Helpful staff. Good location. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Stale smelling pillows. Room was rather worn and needed redecoration. The carpet looked dirty. The toilet seat was cracked (this was replaced promptly). There were cracked tiles in the bathroom. There were no controls for the air conditioning.

Frühstück und Abendessen als Buffet inkludiert. Lage top, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Abendessen könnte größer sein. Das Essen ist okay aber nichts besonderes, für den Preis (in Norwegen) aber angemessen.

Die Lage war super und das Essen ist auch okay
Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Es gibt einige Kleinigkeiten die mal repariert werden müssten aber nichts dramatisches

Bra beliggenhet og personal, ellers på det jevne.
Pros:

Sentral beliggenhet. Halvpensjon.

Cons:

Frokosten, speileggene virket som de hadde plastikkhinne. Vanntrykket i dusjen.

La posizione era perfetta, comodissima per raggiungere le principali attrazioni
La camera era grande, comoda e pulita..
Il ristorante era accogliente. La colazione era molto varia e ricca. Buona anche l'idea di offrire.la merenda nel pomeriggio

Cons:

Nulla. Forse avrei preferito un po' più di varietà nel buffet del Ristorante a cena

Pros:

La ubicación excelente. Puedes visitarlo todo a pie sin ningún problema, incluida la Catedral del Artico. Te incluye la cena a base de ensaladas y pasta.

Cons:

Instalaciones antiguas y poco cuidadas.
El desayuno repetitivo. Pedi al personal del comedor si tenian o si podian calentar un poco de leche y su respuesta fue un NO rotundo.
Estuvimos 3 noches y ya nos avisaron que no limpiabam las habitaciones ni cambiaban toallas

La ubicación en el centro de Tromso. Cerca de donde salen la mayoría de excursiones.
El buffet de desayuno, fika y cena incluidos.
El gimnasio y sauna con vistas increíbles.

Cons:

Las cortinas de la habitación no tapaban toda la ventana, por lo que no había oscuridad total para dormir.

Espectacular, incluía desayuno y cena, y también una merienda a las 3pm. Súper cómodo y con muy buenas instalaciones. Con un sauna con vista a los fiordos y un jacuzzi que por el tiempo no estaba habilitado. La verdad que recomendado, muy cómodo, muy completo y céntrico

Remek szállás a központban finom ételekkel
Pros:

A szoba tiszta, kényelmes. Az étkezés gazdag és változatos, és külön figyelmet fordítottak a speciális étkezési igényekre. A szálloda rendkívül jó helyen fekszik, így minden fakultatív program kiindulópontja néhány perces sétával elérhető.
