Great value hotel in the heart of Tromso
Pros:

Great location, good size room, pleasant and welcoming staff. Great calue as the room price included dinber and breakfast, both with a good selection of food.

Cons:

Parking was expensive but on par with other hotels in Tromso. On the day we arrived all the roads around the hotel were blocked off which made getting to the parking lot a nightmare. It would have been wonderful to have received a text or email from the hotel staff explaining the problem with directions on how to avoid the roadworks.

Pros:

Great location. Lunch and dinner inclusions were high quality and plenty of fresh food salads and vegetables. Nice lounge ambiance.

Pratique et bien situé, propre et bien équipé!
Pros:

Nous avons bénéficié d'un tarif spécial , diner et petit déjeuner inclus, qui était plus que satisfaisant. La grande chambre est vraiment grande (18m2) et c'est appréciable. Il y avait tout le nécessaire et c'était très propre. Le petit déjeuner était très complet, le diner plus léger.

Cons:

Le parking est beaucoup trop petit par rapport à l'hôtel; nous n'avons pas pu nous y garer et l'alternative (parking du centre ville) est assez onéreuse. Il manque le dessert pour le repas du soir.

Great family stay at the city center with nice dining
Pros:

- location in the city center and close to the yard and everything you wish,
- great breakfast and dinner - everyone will have something to choose from,
- mid-day fika as a nice add-on,
- helpful and kind personnel,
- gym and sauna included,

Cons:

- beds were too soft as for us,
- gym was open from 9 am which made it impossible to workout before breakfast,
- sauna temperature was way too low for us,
- we suspect that cakes, as a part of fika, were not home made,

Hyvä ruoka ja edullinen hinta. Mukava ilmapiiri. Ihan keskustassa ja satama/meri näköala

Cons:

auton parkeeraus oli kallis, vain yksi hissi käytössä. ruokalista oli kerran vaikeasti ymmärrettävä piti maistaa ennenkuin tiesi mitä söi toki ruoka oli hyvää

Beliggenhet er perfekt for meg. Har alltid satt pris på frokost, fika og middag. Har bodd flere ganger på dette hotellet pga. Beliggenhet. Har vært veldig fornøyd tidligere.

Cons:

Ble servert grøt på fika. Ble ikke servert stekte egg til frokost. Heis nr. 2 fungerte ikke.

Pros:

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Huone oli viihtyisä ja siisti. Vuode oli erinomainen nukkua. Henkilökunta oli pääosin oikein ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä. Saunan ja kuntosalin sijainti ylimmässä kerroksessa oli hieno.

Cons:

Sauna oli todella kuuma, ilma ei vaihtunut. Poreamme ei ollut ollenkaan käytössä.
