A great location from which to explore Tromso.
Pros:

Half board is an excellent option when you consider prices in Tromso for food at restaurants.
Breakfast and dinner food options were both good - not a broad range but something for everyone.

Hotel ist okay, mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Lage ist toll.

Cons:

Kein Schrank im Zimmer. Der Pool war geschlossen. Die Sauna wurde von anderen Gästen ohne Handtuch genutzt und es wurde das Handy mit in die Sauna genommen.
Hatten den Zimmerservice bestellt,es wurden nur die Handtücher getauscht nichts wurde geputzt.

Okay, aber einige Defizite

Sehr zentral gelegen.
Mahlzeiten inklusive.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet wurde nicht regelmässig aufgefüllt und es kam zu längeren Wartezeiten beim Brot beispielsweise.
Zudem war der Whirpool defekt, obwohl wir uns genau deswegen für dieses Hotel entschieden.
Zimmertür verriegelte es nicht immer automatisch. Die ersten Tage war darum unser Zimmer ausversehen nie abgeschlossen.
Dusche setzt Hälfte vom Bad unter Wasser.

Pros:

Amazing staff. Delicious food. Could have more options though, but I understand that the hotel lives by sustainability rules. Great location, nice that fika is included and the coffee machine is available all day. All in all, a very good stay!

we stayed 4 nights and cleaning room is every 4 days !!!
we only asked for towel changes after 2 days and even those weren t done properly !!!
