Very comfortable stay in a great location next to the harbour and amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Something for all tastes. Evening meal was substantial and tasty.

Pros:

Excellent sized room. Good range of food for breakfast and dinner. Lovely, friendly staff. Great location on the waterfront and near to an express bus to and from the airport. View from the jacuzzi is lovely and great viewpoint for seeing the aurora.

Pros:

Tolle Lage - alles fussläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich.
Die Zimmer sind etwas eng, aber für ein paar Nächte geht das.

Cons:

Richtig negativ ist das Abendessen zu bewerten, welches wir vorab mit gebucht haben.
Im Speisesaal fragt kein Kellner nach deinen Getränkewünschen, meist war auch " nur ein Abräumer " da und der hatte alle Hände voll zu tun, um später kommenden Gästen die Tische freizuräumen.
Die Auswahl an Speisen unterlag offensichtlich dem "Sparzwang"---- ein Hauptgericht !! An einem Sonntag gab es sogar nur !!! Nudeln mit Käse--- die zu allem Unglück auch nur lauwarm und zerkocht waren.
Da kann man sich wirklich nur fragen, ob das einem 4 Sterne Hotel würdig ist.

Najlepszy hotel w Tromso
Pros:

Absolutnie najlepsza opcja noclegowa w tromso. Byłam w kilku miejscach, ale ten hotel wygrywa. Obsługa jest absolutnie najlepsza w mieście, świetny, wygodny i centralnie położony hotel. Stosunek jakości do ceny zdecydowanie na plus. Hotel bezpłatnie podwyższył nam standard pokoju, żebyśmy mieli lepszy widok, a także z powodu późnego zameldowania odłożył dla nas ciepłą kolację- szok, cudownie! Wspaniałą strefą spa, z wcześniejszą rezerwacją, co powoduje, że można delektować się spa w spokoju i bez tłumów. Obiadokolacja w cenie jest rozwiązaniem bardzo oszczędnym i jest naprawdę bardzo dobra! Śniadania wyśmienite. Absolutnie nie znajduje żadnego minusu.

Muligheten for parkering og lading, sentralt beliggenhet.

Cons:

Rommet var ikke klart selv om det var i innsjekkings tiden. Det vi hadde bestilt som tillegg som skulle være klart på rommet når vi kom,var ikke det!. Dette selv om de fikk bekreftet at vi hadde bestilt det i innsjekken. Vi måtte selv etterspørre og hente det nede i resepsjonen fordi det var ikke rom service. Det var ikke plass å sitte under frokosten, frokosten måtte spises i lobbyen. Kaffe maskinen var i ustand. Det var flekker på dør, vegger og gulv på rommet.

Sauna, Jacuzzi (auf Reservation), Gym mit 2 Laufbändern und diversen Gewichten mit schöner Aussicht auf den Hafen. Gutes Frühstück in schönem Restaurant. Top Lage in Tromsø.

Cons:

Abendessen zwar inkludiert, aber kein Highlight. Salat zu pfeffrig, Suppe zu süss und das Fleisch eher zäh.

l'albergo ha una posizione splendida, sul porto, ad un minuto dalla strada principale e dai punti di ritrovo per le varie escursioni.le camere ( noi avevamo la doppia standard) sono ampie e calde, e offrono la colazione la merenda e la cena.il personale cortese e disponibile

Central hotel that offers comfort as well as 3 meals a day!
Pros:

Harbourside hotel with all meals included; delicious breakfast with many buffet options, mid afternoon tea and cakes and a full dinner in the evening making it really good value in what can be an expensive city. Very comfortable beds. Huge windows at the end of each corridor which over look the harbour- great for looking at the northern lights in clear weather.

Pros:

Localisation très centrale pour toutes nos activités. La chambre est spacieuse. La formule demi-pension est bien pratique. Copieux petit déjeuner et repas sous forme de buffet dans une salle avec vue sur le port. Jacuzzi donnant sur le port et les sommets environnants.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas pu avoir la chambre avant 15h précise. Ensuite, tous les clients attendent pour le check-in au même moment.
