Wir konnten erst am letzten Tag der Buchung den Spa Bereich Innen Pool und Sauna, Gym nutzen. Bauphase!
Das hätte man uns vor der Buchung mitteilen müssen. So stimmt das Preis Leistungspaket nicht.

Super Aufenthalt leider zum falschen Zeitpunkt!
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich, Lage direkt am See. Frühstück aussergewöhlich gut. Waren bereits zum 4. Mal dort und kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder. Für unseren unzumutbaren Aufenthalt wurden wir bei der Abreise mit Champagner und Marmelade belohnt, vielen Dank dafür!

Cons:

SPA wird gerade umgebaut, sollte jedoch ab August wieder offen sein, deshalb haben wir auch erst ab dem 03.08.26 gebucht, leider war dem nicht so. Unser Balkon war genau über der Baustelle, es wurden letzte Arbeiten durchgeführt und vor unserem Balkon wurde ab 7.00 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr mit großen Baumaschinen gewerkelt. Unglaublich, wie man solch ein Zimmer langjährigen Gästen zumuten kann. Dieses Zimmer wurde uns bei einchecken auch noch als Upgrade verkauft.

Prima tussenstop.
Pros:

Mooie plek aan het meer, plaatjes doen een intiem hotel vermoeden dat is het zeker niet.

Cons:

Te groot voor ons, renovaties maakten het hotel minder mooi en veel geluid. Door de grootte was het wat onpersoonlijk voor onze smaak.
