Manchester Cathedral and The People’s History Museum are both just a 5-minute walk away. Private parking is available in our secure car-park, which holds up to 85 cars. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay. You have to try the afternoon tea, it was amazing.

Overall from check in to check out everyone was amazing including the manager
Pros:

The staff were excellent especially Geena who personally led me to my room and offer to assist if I have any concerns

Cons:

The breakfast was amazing but my daughter requested for egg white omelette but the first was wrong by the time it was corrected but was very soggy and oil but Nsingi one the waiters offered alternatives he won’t take for an answer he brought pancake with fruits this was satisfying.

Disappointing
Pros:

It was a very nice hotel

Cons:

I didn’t have my towels or bedding changed
No one visited my room to clean in 3 days

Great hotel & very helpful staff - wish we could have stayed longer!
Cons:

Very difficult to find even with latest sat nav due to many roads in the location being blocked off- so took over an hour going around the same roads trying finally find a way into the hotel entrance.

Pros:

A lovely stay at a favourite hotel with great rooms and location for the city centre

Cons:

Love this hotel and by comparison to some other top hotels in Manchester it’s competitively priced but it is still quite expensive. Particularly drinks.
