The suite was large and comfortable. Bed was great. Bathroom was clean with a large shower. But we were only provided with 1 towel despite booking being for 2. Had to call a few times to correct this.
Our booking. Was messed up. Booked for 2 and confirmation kept coming back for 1. They ended up charging me an additional fee for the second person’s breakfast. Not a huge amount just an annoying thing we hadn’t expected.
Staff were very pleasant.
Restaurant hours a bit odd for a busy hotel.
Swimming pool/spa would be a nice edition.
Staff are friendly, polite and helpful.
Breakfast excellent.
We came back to the bar about 10pm and it was very flat and service very slow although only a handful of people in.
Beautiful hotel. Staff go above and beyond m, super friendly and always helpful - and it’s the little details. They’re great with kids too. Rooms are so clean and modern, comfy beds and wry comfy pillows. Always sleep so well. Rooms blackout really well. Food and room service is brilliant. I’m really really picky with hotels and always find something I don’t like, but I actually love staying at The Lowry. My favourite by far!
Parking is expensive at £32 per night, and I Wish it had a swimming pool, but that’s literally all! :)
Great location, amazing staff, spacious and modern room
By reputation, The Lowry is one of the best hotels on offer, and our recent visit certainly reflected why it has been so described!
On every level, the experience of a four nights’ stay here was excellent. The warm welcome, the calm and spotless surroundings, the beautiful, spacious rooms, impressive cleanliness and attention to detail would be hard to match anywhere. Room servicing was efficient , laundry was collected and returned professionally and punctually, in fact all the facilities offered were of a high standard. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet at all times.
The very friendly and pleasant staff here seem genuinely to have pride in their work and are always looking to enhance their guests’ experience. I was offered an umbrella instantly when making my way to go out to the car park in the rain, and when I had gone to the lounge whilst our room was being refreshed, a bar team member walked over with a glass of iced water to where I was sitting just because she had noticed I was reading and thought I may like it. These are small details but very important and help to make a stay memorable.
Breakfast was outstanding with beautiful selections on the continental choices and the creamiest scrambled eggs on the wide ranging cooked menu! Skarlet and Denilson were such good company in the restaurant, and very attentive at all times - a credit to the organisation.
I would recommend and congratulate this hotel highly as a wonderful oasis in the heart of a busy city, and look forward to visiting again.
Thanks to everyone we met at The Lowry.

My hotel view wasn’t the best but the comfort made up for it
Lovely large room - very quiet
bed was a little soft
Thank you to all the staff at the Lowry, I cannot speak any higher of you all. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby to the second I departed, they all went above & beyond for me. Thank you to all the beautiful ladies in the reception desk, Geena Barlow & her team of great people!! Thank you DILAN for the most amazing hair experience in his salon, the bar staff, restaurant and accommodation. Everyone was so friendly towards me. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I look forward to returning. Caroline Fisher, Ireland ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Lovely. Beautiful room at a good price.
Nothing
Staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and polite. Hotel is of a great standard, and made for a comfortable stay. Pleasantly surprising to have a well stocked mini bar, when so many hotels are doing away with these.
Room was a bit too hot, and air con didn't seem to be able to get it below 22 degrees. Breakfast was mostly good, but the pastries were quite stale.
