A sun-trap terrace with beautiful views of the river Irwell and has views across the city. Manchester Cathedral and The People’s History Museum are both just a 5-minute walk away. Private parking is available in our secure car-park, which holds up to 85 cars. Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Friendly staff throughout the short stay, a lovely, spacious room with all the expected facilities, and a comfortable bed. A car park is on site, but most of the available spaces have tight access, and parking is chargeable from when check-in opens and is a 24 hr charge.
A great location for the city centre, and within walking distance of most things.

Cons:

Got to admit, everything was just fine, and I can’t really find anything I disliked about the stay. Throughly enjoyed the stay

2- الاستقبال والموظفين وخاصة موظفة مطعم الافطار تيريزا كانت جميلة ولطيف ومتعاونة على عكس الموظفة هولي التي كان في تصرفاتها نوع من التنمر لم يكن مريحاً
3- الاطلالة على النهر جميلة
4- الافطار متنوع وجميل
5- مستوى الامان

Cons:

-موظفة المطعم هولي كانت متنمرة ومتحيزة ازعجني كثيراً ولكن ابتسامة وتعامل تريزا خفف علي الموقف

Great location, lovely staff very comfy bed and so every night offered a brilliant night's sleep

The comfy bed and pillows, the quiet, the shower.

Cons:

The TV had very poor reception which was very frustrating when watching the tennis and the football. While going paperless must be applauded there are many of us who want to read an actual newspaper. This should be an option
The room was great, but it missed the kindly touch of some complementary biscuits at the very least.

Pros:

This hotel is amazing ! It’s walking distance to a shopping centre and the rooms are so big and clean and the beds are really comfortable! The staff are amazing they really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable and the service is great I had the most pleasant stay for my partners birthday!

Exceptional and the food was lovely in the Bar. Staff amazing.
Pros:

Nice and modern, loved the decor. So clean and the fragrance when getting out of the lift was heavenly. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Trixie from the bar was very friendly and helpful, lovely girl. The young lady from concierge was very friendly and helpful regarding our visit to the Co op live arena. Lovely staff through out the hotel.
