The rooms at The Lowry Hotel have walk-in wardrobes, a smart TV with sky channels and an private bathroom. The bathrooms feature a walk in power shower and high-end amenities.

Guests can dine at the River Restaurant which serves A à la carte style menu with a variety of locally sourced ingredients. A sun-trap terrace with beautiful views of the river Irwell and has views across the city. Manchester Cathedral and The People’s History Museum are both just a 5-minute walk away. Private parking is available in our secure car-park, which holds up to 85 cars. Lovely staff, beautiful hotel, great location
Pros:

The staff particularly, all so helpful and friendly. Hotel location was perfect for the party we were going to. Parking easy once we ignored the sat nav telling us not to go down the pedestrian area! Hotel was beautiful, all high quality furnishings and very clean.

Cons:

Just a small niggle - we had a room facing the residential flats opposite but the room was perfect so we didn’t ask to move.

A lot of smoke and not much substance. Shocking price to charge my car, daylight robbery. + a parking charge on top.

Room is nice and spacious. And clean.

Cons:

Check in and out experience way below par for prices. Staff seemed more excited by the paparazzi outside the hotel and who was coming in and out. Lobby area very tired.

Sad thing is I believe I stayed over ten times at the Lowry, and watched a steady decrease over each visit. Probably wouldn't return

Great hotel and super staff. Bar is lovely!

Cons:

Ok - floor to ceiling windows are spectacular but dont allow for night ventilation. If this is something important to you ask at reception or when booking and the fantastic staff will put a humidifier in the room.

Wow factor hotel, good location for Manchester
Pros:

Room had wow factor, super comfy bed, great bathroom, nice snacks although no free biscuits with the tea :(

Cons:

Breakfast didn't start till 7am and I needed to leave at 7.10 so I didn't get any breakfast before leaving, even though i had paid. Unusual for work hotels to not start breakfast earlier.
