Decent location, stunning hotel with extremely pleasant staff that you couldn’t find fault with, would stay again in future if we had another event on.
One of my only criticisms of the hotel was that the pillows were the worst id ever used in my life, completely flat with absolutely no neck support which for a hotel of its standard was very poor. Alongside perhaps the fire alarm flashing every 30 seconds or so, which is a bit distracting as you’re trying to sleep in the dark.
Friendly staff, excellent food and drink, excellent location, beautiful clean room with good facilities.
Coffee machine didn’t work, shower was a little blocked.
Staff were amazing
Having to leave
We had such a wonderful stay at the Lowry and wanted to especially thank Geena for making our experience so memorable.
From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, always with kindness, professionalism and a genuine smile. She is incredibly hardworking and such an asset to the hotel. People like Geena are what truly make a stay special.
The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and finished to such a high standard, but the level of service is what really stood out to us. We left feeling so well looked after and very grateful.
Thank you again, Geena — we truly hope your hard work is recognised because you absolutely deserve it!
Wonderful stay - immaculate room, really good & friendly service. The hotel is in sparkling condition & everyone Imftom the team has been charming & very helpful.
One of the best hotel experiences for some time. Highly recommended.
Lovely hotel, great staff
Staff are amazing
Espresso Martini was dissapointing
Vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie, goed oplossen van problemen, lekkere lunch. Schoon. Bedden over algemeen fijn.
Easy access to main city
Construction work and streets no lights
Best hotel in Manchester, staff are excellent and friendly.
Lovely spacious room
The disco music until 1am in the morning. Not being able to sleep and being told by the night staff it was tough about the loud music that the function was paying more money than us.
Looks good. Very Clean
I genuinely cannot understand how a 5-star hotel would have a setup like this. The “king size” bed was actually two uneven beds pushed together, with a poorly fitted topper that didn’t properly cover the gap.
