Fabulous hotel
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel. We were allowed to check in early as the room was ready. We did a bit of shopping and when we returned to our room there was a lovely message on the mirror wishing a happy anniversary. There was also some chocolates and a couple of drinks vouchers. We were over the moon and it was totally unexpected.
The room was was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. This is our favourite hotel in Manchester. Thank you to Claire who checked us in and helped make our experience very special.

Perfect
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, with a really nice atmosphere and a great location for exploring Manchester. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the whole stay felt really relaxing.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was really well presented, also going out of their way to make the room special for my friends birthday. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel in Manchester!

Our anniversary trip
Pros:

Room was very good size, bed was very comfy and really big, air con was rather loud at night but needed to be left on because of the heat,
The shower was a good size and lovely toiletries too, we asked for a clothes steamer and got one straight away

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great if I'm honest, very expensive for the quality, I expected better
The mini bar is chargeable for even just moving items as they are on a sensor, lucky I found that out before checking out otherwise my bill would have been huge as we had moved most of it to put our own things on the fridge
