Disappointing
Cons:

The bathtub needs to be refinished and hardware replaced. The stains were pretty gross.
The clock was full of dust and the area behind it was dusty. I expect a room where I’m going to sleep to be clean.

Vallet/ Front entry - Convenient room location

Cons:

Service at the cafe
Was told there were multiple restaurants on the property.
All of the upcharges
Hot room, it never cooled off. Lights, coffee machine, and electrical outlets not working.
No vent in the restroom and VERY LOW ceilings.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel has many scattered sitting areas throughout which are pleasant to sit in. The food at the restaurant was tasty.

Cons:

The location felt remote to the Dallas area.
