A good stay in a big room that exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and the bedding was wonderfully clean and soft. The rooms were big -- with more than enough room for us to move around, work at the same time, and prepare for a big event at the same time. The breakfast was lovely - with many choices and hot and cold foods, including options for toppings you don't normally see. The staff was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction several times. Overall, a great experience!

The photos for the room i booked showed a sofa bed and more space. The room was condensed and sofa was a futon coach which was small for a 6ft person

Stay was decent enough
Pros:

I liked the location. First time I stayed there, it was within walking distance to the mall. I liked the fact there was a Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks Coffee nearby.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the shower wouldn't turn off completely when I took a shower and there was a big puddle on the side of the shower.
Then the toilet wouldn't go completely out when I flushed it likely all I did was use it for number #1!!!
There were a couple of roaches in my room when I got up in the middle of the night to eat a little something, I was very disturbed about that!!
Also there was no one at the front desk when I checked out to let them know about that.

Beautiful hotel , suite was beautiful. Love the fact the hotel was up on hill out the way.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly when checked in the evening staff absolutely wonderful however when checking out the lady was preoccupied with another conversation with staff , she put her hand out for the key card and that was that.

Staff are Great - rooms are gross
Pros:

I stay here pretty frequently for work in the area. All credit to the staff as they are extremely friendly and will assist you with any issues that come up, however I have had numerous issues pretty much every time I stay here. Today I was checked in and sent up to the 6th floor to my room, I open the door to find bed sheets thrown all over the floor and the bed had nothing on it. I think “okay no worries, they didn’t clean this one” so I head back downstairs to ask for a different room, this time I’m given a room on the “preferred” 8th floor. I make my way upstairs to find that room has not been cleaned as well. Mind you I am carrying my suitcase and 5+ suits on hangers so I was a little upset.

On a different note, the rooms seem to be very “lived-in” with minor holes in walls, beat up furniture, and stained couches (with who knows what).

The only reason I’ve continued to book here is because of the staff, always friendly and courteous. The assistant manager deserves some credit here because this place needs a complete remodel of the rooms.

I would recommend staying across the street at the Marriot for only a few more measly $$$.

Great location. Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were comfortable, more than I thought it might be for three people and 11 nights. Got top floor as requested and extra pillows arrived quickly when we requested some for the pull out couch (that should be updated tho)

Cons:

Thought my son would be on a trundle bed but it was a typical pull out couch w the bar running thru the middle. Not ideal for extended stays like we had. The exercise room was straight up WAY TOO HOT to even use. That’s def disappointing as we like to work out daily. And we couldn’t access the pool, bigger bummer. Food was mid at best.
