Wir waren Enttäuscht

Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück waren gut

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Pool ist sehr klein, an vielen Stellen schmutzig und runtergekommen, und das Wasser war nicht klar,
Wir durften nach 5 Stunden Autofahrt (wir haben uns auf den Pool gefreut)nicht in den Pool weil dieser überfüllt war, es war keine Liege frei.
Die Türen von der Tiefgarage zur Lobby sind extrem schmutzig, man möchte das nicht anfassen. Auf dem Flur im 5 Stockwerk standen für ca. 3 Stunden Teller mit Essensresten und Abfall auf dem Boden rum. An der Lobby sind die Mitarbeiter überfordert, es hat sehr lange gedauert bis wir unseren Schlüssel hatten.

Het eten 's avonds was op zich ok. Maar alles was op voorhand klaargemaakt. Daardoor was de salade koud en zonder echt veel smaak.
De steak nadien was wel ok.

Comfortable enough hotel with nice staff
Pros:

Comfortable air conditioned room which was needed for a good night's rest. The breakfast was also tasty and the staff were kind and professional

Cons:

The swimming pool was closed on the day I was there which was a shame as it was one of the only reasons I booked the hotel. I would have booked in more central Lyon otherwise, as the location has an out-of-town feeling. I also felt the restaurant was quite expensive for what it was.

Pros:

Het ontbijt beviel ons het beste en het avondeten.

Cons:

We hadden gekozen voor een suite, die leek op foto’s groot genoeg voor ons met 2 kindjes.
Maar bij aankomst bleek de kamer helemaal zo groot niet te zijn. Er waren veel te weinig stopcontacten en dan nog eens 2 die niet werkten. Aan de receptie kregen we een heel onvriendelijke dame die het Frans niet echt meester was en werd geïrriteerd omdat we haar ni verstonden. Aan diezelfde receptie werd ons ook plots vertelt dat ze 150€ waarborg op onze rekening blokkeerde, ( oké je kon er wel mee eten in het restaurant en de 18€ voor de parkeergarage word daar ook mee betaald maar het staat nergens vermeld op boeking.com) Het zwembad is helemaal afgeleefd en ziet er niet meer zo modern uit als op de foto’s. Gelukkig was dit voor doorreis en dus voor maar 1 nacht. We vonden het het geld niet waard.
De man van de security was wel heel vriendelijk!
