Petit déjeuner vraiment très bon dans une salle très agréable : beaucoup de choix, possibilité d'avoir des oeufs/omelette

Grande delusione per le mancate pulizie della stanza.

Posizione, concept industrial dell’hotel,, colazione.

Dal secondo giorno di permanenza, la pulizia é stata effettuata i.n modo sommario: letto rifatti ed asciugamani cambiati, mentre la stanza veniva lasciata sporca, senza cambiare bicchieri, senza pulire pavimento, lasciando i nostri pigiami, che erano ordinatamente sistemati sui piumoni, ovunque, a coprire persino resti di cibo. Fatto presente il problemaal al rientro in hotel, ci venivano porte le scuse e offerta una cena a buffet, poiché era troppo tardi per ripulire la stanza, visto l’orario. Inaccettabile per un Radisson. Da tenere presente il fatto che avevamo espressamente richiesto puntuali pulizie giornaliere, data la presenza di due bambini.

Very good hotel close to the ferry terminal.
Pros:

Clean, quiet room, comfortable bed. Breakfast with a big choice and a lot of tables starting already at 6:30 on the working days. Tram stop just around the hotel, short ride to the city center. Close to the ferry terminal. Very fast check-in and check-out.

Cons:

Not a big issue, but it was necessary to reconfirm WiFi connection regularly.
