Up to today, 18 09. I did not get invoice (payment receipt). Reception desk did not provide me with hard copy, but informed me then that will be sent via email. Still waiting.....

Pros:

Location was good. Staff were very friendly.
The beds were really big and comfy. I would stay there again...

Cons:

Our refrigerator did not work for a couple of days. We had to ask for coffee, I think it should have been re-added, without us asking. Also the cushions were not very comfy, but still, in the overall, I still enjoyed staying in this hotel with my family.

Camera non grande ma luminosa e silenziosa. Buona la pulizia della camera e spazioso il bagno con ampia doccia. Colazione molto abbondante con ampia scelta dolce e salato. Ottimi i prodotti freschi come salmone, ottime le marmellate, poca scelta di pane. L'hotel è a pochi metri di distanza da 2 fermate del tram che permettono di andare in ogni direzione. Staff disponibile, professionale e gentile.

Cons:

Camera non molto spaziosa. Il letto per la terza persona (divano letto) non è comodo. Serve qualche armadio in più per permanenze di più giorni. Hall e aree comuni un po' datate.
