Pros:

Rooms were spotless clean and in very good condition, bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet had enough varieties also for kids.

Cons:

I didn't get the room I reserved, and it was not an upgrade. Receptionist explained that there are different subtypes of the room type I had booked, but the room description on both booking.com and Radisson's own website clearly say one thing, and the room I got definitely didn't match the description.
I requested to change to the room type I had booked, but those were not available.

I have not experienced this in other Radisson hotels where I've stayed before. It would have been understandable if there was a clear mistake made with the reservation, but I was extremely disappointed to hear that the hotel perceives it as an acceptable way of operating to provide a room that differs so much from the description on the reservation site.
