Very efficient place stay, if you need reasonably comfortable place in good location.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful. Also the breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

We had badly snoring guest next to us. The walls are rather thin, so you can hear a lot. Even from above.

Posizione vicino alla stazione di Torino Porta Nuova, facilmente raggiungibile in un paio di minuti.

Pulizia della struttura e della camera.

Grandezza della camera da letto, comfort del letto e amenities.

Struttura totalmente pet-friendly, ci hanno fatto trovare in stanza al nostro arrivo le ciotole e una cuccetta con le traversine.

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione in quanto non era prevista nel nostro tipo di prenotazione e perché volevamo provare i vari caffè storici di Torino.

Staff molto disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a supportare e dare spiegazioni in caso di necessità e dubbi.

Spacious clean room, safe box, tea kettle and refrigerator in the room. Location a few steps from thd train station and walking distance to city centre.

Cons:

Strange visits vy the staff. I was in my room in the afternoon when suddenly a staff member entered the room and told me that she was checking. No idea what she was checking and why they entered my room.

La proximité du centre, la propreté et la bonne insonorisation de la chambre, la qualité du petit déjeuner. La disponibilité du personnel.

Cons:

Le parking. Certains véhicules peuvent se garer devant l'hôtel et d'autres (notre cas) doivent trouver des solutions par eux-mêmes.
