Una estancia excelente, marcada por el gran trato humano y la profesionalidad de todo el equipo!!!

Todo me encanta de este hotel, y precisamente por ello siempre decido hospedarme aquí. La estancia es siempre muy agradable y se percibe el gran cuidado en cada detalle.

Quiero destacar especialmente la excelente atención y amabilidad de todo el personal, en particular de las chicas de recepción, quienes siempre hacen sentir a los huéspedes bienvenidos y atendidos con gran profesionalismo y cercanía.

Asimismo, me encantó el trato de Dana, la chica en prácticas, quien fue extraordinariamente amable, atenta y profesional en todo momento. Sin duda, su actitud y disposición hicieron aún más agradable mi experiencia.

Muchas felicidades a todo el equipo por el gran trabajo que realizan.

No era lo esperado para 4 estrellas.

Entrada bonita y el personal muy amables

Cons:

Tuve que reclamar el cambio de almohadas. Estaban usadas y olían a sudor. En nuestra habitación 3414 había un ruido muy molesto de alguna maquinaria del hotel y no sé podia descansar. Suelo de la bañera sucio.

Hotel molto comodo, con la metro a due passi, ma in un quartiere abbastanza riservato e silenzioso. Possibilità di cenare nella struttura, colazione continentale.
Comodissimo il check-in online.
Struttura moderna e funzionale, di recente ristrutturazione.
Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Abbiamo sofferto un po' il caldo in camera, per il fatto che l'impianto di raffrescamento non era ancora attivo.
Nel bagno avrei preferito la doccia anziché la vasca con vetro...ma non è un dramma.
