Pros:

La ubicación y amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

La cama supletoria o como quieran llamarla , en este caso un sillón que se hundía,nos vimos obligados a poner el colchón en el suelo.
Desaparecieron unos auriculares de nuestra habitación por arte de magia y la respuesta del hotel ha sido nefasta después de estar varios días intentado hablar con ellos para que averiguaran.
La luminaria de la habitación es escasa , el papel del baño de muy muy mala calidad .
Estuvieron de obras , un ruido insoportable para el descanso y no se dió ninguna explicación, información,ni una minima disculpa por parte del hotel.

Pros:

El hotel es moderno, grande, amplio y limpio. Y el personal es super amable.

Cons:

Hay unas máquinas de agua en cada planta pero no funciona NINGUNA. Lo notifiqué pero no se arregló.

Hotel is located close to the metro station, shops and restaurants.
The bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Cons:

It was very loud in the room. I heard neighbors and people walking on the corridor.
Poor breakfasts with very limited food.
