From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The reception team was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help. ❤️
The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our room was bright, comfortable, and perfectly clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made it so easy to relax after a long day exploring Madrid. 🛏️✨
Everything was just right — from the excellent service to the cleanliness and comfort. A place where you genuinely feel taken care of.

The only small disappointment was that there was no shower cap or coffee available in the room. Apart from that, everything was wonderful.

Ruidoso, habitación con demasiado desgaste, la ducha no estaba bien limpia, el inodoro se movía, desayuno muy normalito y sin demasiada variedad.

La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza de las habitaciones y el desayuno, muy bueno y abundante. Instalaciones modernas. Destacaría que puedes pedir desayuno caliente y te lo hacen en cocina en el mismo momento. La cama muy cómoda y hotel en calle muy silenciosa para poder descansar. Nos enviaron la opción de check in online y fue muy sencillo y rápido, nos adelantó mucho. Hotel que destaca por instalaciones creadas para personas con discapacidad, algo que nos gustó mucho.

The lack of amenities
Ubicación perfecta para ir al Bernabéu...unos 20 min.andando. Habitación amplia, cama cómoda y buen colchón y almohadas. Mi baño contaba con ducha. Tuvimos un problema con el candado de una maleta y nos lo solucionaron rápidamente
Estuvo todo bien
Abbiamo viaggiato in famiglia. Quattro persone. Camera ben strutturata e spaziosa con letti comodi. Colazione adeguata e comoda negli orari. La fermata della metro a meno di 50 metri è un altro dei punti di forza dell'hotel. In un quarto d'ora si arriva in centro grazie alla rete della città. Si può organizzare ogni attività e visita senza alcuno stress.
La amplitud de la habitación, limpieza y silencio (era la última del pasillo, alejada del ascensor y se agradece). Poder acceder a la habitación antes de las 12 am fue algo que agradecí infinitamente
Una de las camas excesivamente blanda para mi gusto. La habitación daba a un patio interior que desmerecía en exceso la calidad del hotel. El ruido del circuito de climatización era molesto
