Pros:

The hotel was nice. You have a metro station right next to the hotel and many places where to eat. Also the breakfast from the hotel was very good, offering a great variety of options.

Cleanliness could be improved..especially in the bathroom/shower

Friendly staff. They upgraded our room and allowed us early check in. Apartment is fantastic. Enormous and comfy bed. Bathroom is large and well equipped. Walk in closet for all our stuff. Also, excellent location near metro station.

Całkiem dobry nocleg z mocno słabymi śniadaniami / Quite a good stay with a very poor breakfast

Śniadanie fatalne, dodatkowo obsługa nie radzi sobie z językiem angielskim przy 3 rodzajach jajek do zamówienia (gotowane, jajecznica i sadzone). Dwa razy podali inne niż zamówione. Słaby wybór. / The breakfast was terrible, and the staff couldn't speak English well, even though there were three types of eggs to order (boiled, scrambled, and fried). Twice they served different eggs than what was ordered. Poor selection.

Hotel acogedor y espectacular
Pros:

La amabilidad de la recepción, pasamos un día muy complicado y nos alojaron sin pedirlo, a una suite superior. Increíble la habitación, limpieza, decoración, amplitud. Desayuno fantástico, no faltó de nada, los camareros muy atentos. Lo recomiendo.

No hubo nada que no me gustase. Repetiré cuando vuelva a Madrid y lo recomendaré a mis amigos
