Hotel décevant
Cons:

J’avais déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel et j’en gardais un très bon souvenir, ce qui rend cette seconde expérience d’autant plus décevante.
Je suis arrivée vers 14h, soit une heure avant l’heure de check-in. Ma chambre n’était pas prête, ce qui est tout à fait compréhensible. J’en ai profité pour aller déjeuner et revenir plus tard. En revanche, l’accueil à la réception a été particulièrement décevant : la personne présente s’est montrée assez hautaine et expéditive, se contentant de me dire de revenir plus tard, sans aucune tentative d’aide ou de solution. Ce n’est clairement pas l’attitude que l’on attend d’un accueil dans un hôtel.
Autre point regrettable : des travaux étaient en cours dans l’établissement sans que cela soit mentionné lors de la réservation. Lorsque je suis revenue dans ma chambre vers 15h pour me reposer, le bruit était extrêmement fort, rendant tout moment de calme impossible.
Enfin, l’isolation phonique laisse à désirer, car on entend très nettement les passages et les bruits dans le couloir.
C’est vraiment dommage, car mon premier séjour avait été très agréable. Malheureusement, cette fois-ci l’expérience ne correspondait pas du tout au niveau attendu.

Location was the best part about this Aparthotel
Pros:

The location was perfect very central, the metro is a short 5 min walk away and is only 2 stops from Place Catalunya (city centre). The bed was large and comfortable. The room was very clean on arrival. The bathroom was big and shower was very nice. The bar downstairs was lovely for having a few chill drinks.

Cons:

The photos of the apartment when booking the room are very deceiving, the hotel shows a fully open and functional kitchenette in the apartment on their advertised photos and to our surprise when we got there the whole kitchenette was locked with shutters and we were informed you had to pay extra to use it which I think is ridiculous. This wasn't a problem for us as we were only staying two nights and did not wish to use it but would be very inconvenient for longer stays. All the snacks and refreshments they provide in the room also come at a cost if used so be cautious of this. The air con was not working and the room was extremely warm at night making it uncomfortable to sleep in, we had to open the window to let in some air (this won't be beneficial during the summer when the air is hot) which didn't help overall as the noise from the street all night was super loud anyway and even louder with the window open. The breakfast options were terrible for €16, you'd get much nice and cheaper in a cafe or restaurant down the street. We booked the room for 3 adults but I wouldn't recommend this room for more than 2 people as the extra is literally a flimsy fold out bed and was very uncomfortable.

Disappointed
Pros:

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. It’s in a safe area and strategically situated, making it easy to explore the city without much effort.

Cons:

The place is undergoing renovation, which has caused a lot of noise. The main entrance is closed, and the reception is now in the restaurant. The staff are overwhelmed, which has led to mistakes like me being given a room that was still occupied.

The room I was given had a noisy ventilation fan in the bathroom, which was either on or off. The room was spacious, but the noise and the uncomfortable outside made it difficult to enjoy.

Patogi vieta ir malonus komfortas
Pros:

Saugi ir patogi lokacija. Duše labai geras vandens spaudimas, o rankšluosčiai – minkšti ir dideli. Kambarys erdvus 😊

Cons:

garso izoliacija galėtų būti geresnė. Mūsų langai buvo į gatvės pusę (vienpusė gatvė) – nors naktį ji nėra labai judri, tačiau praeinančių žmonių kompanijų triukšmas kartais blaškė.
