Que no tenga rampa en la entrada principal para subir las maletas y habían varios peldaños para subir y nadie te ayudaba a subir las mismas

Algo huele mal

La ubicación , el tamaño de la habitación en mi primera estadía ( tuve dos estadías , separadas por una semana entre medio )

Cons:

En mi primera estadía , avisé enseguida que en la habitación había olor a cloaca. Me dijeron que podía se el filtro del aire acondicionado y que lo limpiarían , pero el mal olor persistió durante toda mi estadía de 4 días. El olor era realmente sofocante , teniendo que abrir las ventanas de pár en par y tirando perfume para soportarlo. Al regresar para mi segunda estadía , me informaron que efectivamente había una pérdida cloacal y que la habían reparado. No obstante nos dieron una habitación más pequeña ( habiendo pagado la misma tarifa que en la estadía inicial ) y no nos ofrecieron ninguna compensación por el mal momento atravesado. Esperaba más de un hotel 4 estrellas. .

Pros:

La ubicacion es muy buena.

Cons:

Señal de wifi, pesima, se congelaba las imagenes del televisor y el mobil a medias.
Las almuadas, durisimas.
El inodoro, se quedaba pegado el boton.
El personal muy antipatico, y nos hicieron hacer el check in a las 18hs.
Nos dijeron que la reserva no habia aclarado que queriamos 1 cama grande, y se lo tuve que mostrar. La respuesta fue no la vi....
Dejando mucho que desear.
