New Prague Inn & Suites

Disappointed I was charged an additional $75 for 90 minute early check-in. Bed was not comfortable at all. Room, linens, and towels were clean. Happy with room conditions. Whirlpool tub in suite was nice. Personnel could be friendlier. Got yelled at the day prior to check-in when I called to see if early check-in was available. Was told $50 for early check-in. Was charged $75 the day of. No wifi password was given. No explanation of breakfast hours or pool hours was offered. Had a wedding to attend so wasn’t in the room much. Location was convenient. Ice machine was broken, however ice was offered at the front desk. Overall, the hotel was nice, but staff could be nicer. TL;DR - I’d stay again if ever returning to the area.

They should remove the photos of the pool because there isn’t one. There aren’t enough staff so things are getting run down.

This is a very good hotel, It’s ran by an even more amazing manager, has all the qualities of a good manager; kind, informative and attentive to your needs no matter what time he is always there for you. All in all an amazing choice I would recommend highly

Air conditioning in the room did not work had to get the clerk up there got it working partially never offered another room even though I asked. The second day stay there was kids running all through the hallways being loud and at 5:30 in the morning the air conditioning started making a loud banging noise and woke me up I told the clerk he said I should have called him and he would have swap my room even though I was going to check out in an hour but he would not switch the room the day that I pointed out the bad air conditioning

The stay was fine. This was fine for the price. Pictures are misleading. While the decor was the same, the condition was quite different. They may be renovating rooms, but my room was definitely dated. Popcorn ceilings, rusted bathroom fixtures, etc. The room was clean but definitely needs an overhaul.

The place is quite old, but it was mostly clean. Definitely in need of a renovation. There were popcorn ceilings and rusted bathroom fixtures. Waffles or cereal for breakfast. Staff was nice.

Our stay was as good as expected. The breakfast could have been better with more variety but what was offered was fine.

Had me pay 50 so my niece and nephew could swim for 2 hours when the sign on the door said open all day seat in hot tub as broken vending machine took money and never gave the goods will never be back at this hotel again

The room was not very clean. Floors were not vacuumed for some time, mold in the shower, stains and hairs on the bedding. We did not even stay.
