Fui por trabajo y siempre repito en el hotel.

La calidez y atención del personal de recepción y la persona que nos atendió en los desayunos dentro de la barra caliente que tienen, todo me lo llevaba a la mesa.

Las camas están duras, sugiero que los colchones sean más mullidos, las almohadas increibles, el aire acondicionado espectacular. El piso de fiesta rewards con el café por las mañanas es un super detalle, las pastas deliciosas.

un perdon no es suficiente uno paga por un servicio de calidad mejor me quedo en un AirbnB

No hicieron la limpieza del cuarto, camas destendidas, no rellenaron cafe ni agua, me quisieron cobrar otra vez cuando yo ya había pagado y solo recibí un perdón
