It was an okay place to stay.
Pros:

The trolley stop is just steps away from the front door. It's fun to ride. Recommend going to Park City, lots to see there, also Charles Street - lots of mansions on that street. Tulane University is there as well as Loyola. It's at the far end of Canal but still walkable to the Riverfront Casinos, shopping outlet,
the French Quarter, Bourbon Street where all the action is. Many shops to browse on Canal street

Cons:

My room on the 3rd floor faces Canal Street so was very noisy. The areas around the hotel is dirty, most of the city is that way. Loud music blasting from every shop or restaurant but that is the nature/vibe of the place.

Worthy of Staying Again
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance to eateries, to Bourbon St, to shopping. If one didn't want to walk, the trolley pick up was only a couple blocks from the hotel.
The breakfast was good. It was my bday weekend, my husband went down every morning to get us breakfast and coffee.
Check in was quick and easy. The attendant at time of check in was very pleasant. The lobby staff was also pleasant.

Cons:

🤔 hhmmm can't think of any dislikes that are truly relevant.

Excellent location, delicious continental breakfast, helpful front desk staffs
Pros:

Great location right on Canal Street, less than 20-minute walk to Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, and Jackson Square

Airport bus 202 stop is 5-minute walk away

Continental breakfast and free coffee and drinks are delicious and generous

The front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful, providing city maps
