Great location great staff
Pros:

Location was amazing

Cons:

The room had a funny smell, and it’s seemed like it wasn’t cleaned properly before we came in. Also, no bottles of water we put in the room. The room was also slightly slanted. I wouldn’t recommend for people with vertigo and seniors.

Zentrales Hotel mit sehr schönem Ausblick
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nahe bei den berühmten Wasserfällen. Dadurch, dass alle Zimmer in den höheren Stockwerken liegen (26 - 29) hat man einen grandiosen Ausblick.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer gibt es wenig Platz und so gar keinen Haken oder Ähnliches, wo man die Handtücher aufhängen könnte. Wird das Zimmer wie bei uns nur alle 2 Tage gemacht, ist das unangenehm.
Als Frühstücksmöglichkeit, wenn man nicht direkt im Hotel frühstücken möchte (weil teuer), findet man nur ein ziemlich überlaufenes Starbucks nahebei.

Pros:

Alles war super. Mit einem Zimmer Richtung der Fälle ist die Aussicht grandios.
Zum Frühstücken gibt es ein ihop restaurant im 25. Stock mit blick auf die Fällen.
Parken ist etwa 700m entfernt auf einem separaten Parkplatz, es gibt aber einen kostenlosen shuttle.

Great place, but the A/C issue made it not worth the price we paid.
Pros:

The overall experience was great. We booked the American River view room and the view was super great. Very clean and comfortable room too. I especially loved the nespresso machines! It is so rare to find a hotel with good coffee.
However, we struggled with the A/C as our room was super hot. We got someone to fix it for us and it worked for awhile but then I woke up at night unable to breathe at all and I couldn't move to call for help.

Cons:

Just the A/C needs to be well maintained.
