Pros:

部屋自体はグラウンドレベルで外は見られないが、広さも十分でとても満足！また、部屋にコーヒーメーカーがあるのも良かった。
ナイアガラ・シティ・クルーズを事前に予約していたが、朝、思ったより雨が強かったため時間変更をしようとしたところ連絡先がよくわからずスタッフに相談すると、代わりに連絡してくれるなど対応がとても良かった！
25階からナイアガラの滝を一望しながら夜の花火や朝焼けが観られたのは良かった！

Cons:

エアコンの音が少し大きく感じた。

The view was amazing!

Cons:

Bathroom is just too small. Like that it was updated but size made it hard to maneuver. A luggage rack would be nice too.

Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful. We did valet parking. They were wonderful. Gave us places that we could get coffee, best place to get a good steak, etc
