Die Aussicht vom Hotel war sehr schön, aber organisatorisch muss sich das Hotel noch deutlich verbessern.
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet eine super Aussicht, sofern man ein Zimmer auf der Seite der Niagara Falls bucht. Diese Zimmer sind allerdings deutlich teurer.

Cons:

Das größte Problem war, dass der Parkplatz des Hotels etwa vier Straßen weiter entfernt ist. Man muss also gefühlt 30 Minuten zurück zum Hotel laufen, nachdem man sein Auto geparkt hat.

Es gibt zwar einen Shuttlebus, allerdings wurde ich nachts um 03:00 Uhr vergessen abzuholen. Der Shuttlefahrer hat mich erst auf dem Weg gesehen und mitgenommen, als ich bereits durch die dunklen Straßen zurück zum Hotel gelaufen bin.

Wenn man bedenkt, dass man 52 € pro Tag für den Parkplatz bezahlt, kann man erwarten, dass der Shuttlebus zuverlässig und vor allem sicher funktioniert.

Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, with a great view of Niagara Falls. Several restaurants were within a very easy walking distance, and the price was very reasonable for what we got.

Cons:

I can’t think of any negatives.

Beautiful view, limited service from staff, and limited service options.
Pros:

Great view. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Hotel staff could've provided more service for the price paid, front desk offered to bring water/deliveries up to room but didn't follow through when called. Parking was far and required shuttle service at an additional cost.

My super Niagara Falls getaway
Pros:

Fantastic location, so easy to get to the incline rail way and so close to Horseshoe Falls. I was really lucky to have a room with a partial view of the falls. Loved it and to see it from high above!
Room was spacious with a super comfortable big bed with large open windows to take in the views. Bathroom was a good size too.
Very quiet and peaceful in my room.
Also had free admission to the observatory where I can see all 3 waterfalls, night illumination and fireworks!!

Cons:

Nothing really except the restaurant is pretty expensive and needs update on the decor.

Suggestiva torre sulle cascate
Pros:

La torre suggestiva, punto d’osservazione e ristorante con vista meravigliosa sulle cascate.

Cons:

Colazione molto cara ($50) senza un buffet. Avevamo una camera con vista cascate molto carina, la numero 2703. Vista stupenda però non era pienamente direzione cascata.

L'accueil, pour un établissement de ce standing, on a pas compris. Nous sommes arrivés vers 18H, notre chambre n'était pas prête alors qu'elle aurait du l'être depuis 14H. Aucun dédommagement ne nous a été proposé. La personne qui nous a reçu ne pouvait même pas nous dire a quelle heure elle serait prête. Je suis très déçu de cet établissement

The room was awesome with great falls view!

Cons:

The directions to the off site parking need to be improved to more clearly understand the distance and location. This parking is not 3 blocks down Dunne! More like 9 blocks!

A very different kind of hotel. Rooms are not big but get the job done. We enjoyed our stay and the unique architecture of the hotel itself.

Cons:

Off site parking is an inconvenience but the shuttle was very quick, never had to wait for a ride.

Most Amazing View of the falls!
Pros:

When you book a room for a view you expect it to be what is shown online and this did not disappoint. The view was absolutely AMAZING! The room overall was exactly what we needed, clean, comfortable and although small was very nice.

Cons:

Only downside was not having parking onsite. But there were plenty of parking lots around the area just a short walk away.
