Le personnel est très gentil. Cest très propres et une bonne insonorisation. Tout a été rénové et c'est agréable . La chambre est cosy et bien décoré.

Je n'ai pas eu de clim , jai eu juste un ventilo a disposition. Je ne ç'est pas si la clim était dans la chambre mais elle n'était pas activé. Je c'est pas si il fallait la demander.. c'était un jour où il fesai très chaud c'était le 16 août. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu de bouilloire et de café a disposition dans la chambre. Choses que jai systématiquement quand je vais dans n'importe qu'elle hôtel . Ç'est un peu dommage malheureusement.

NO WORKING AC AND NO WARNING BEFORE CHECK-IN.

We specifically booked this hotel because it advertised air conditioning during the summer heat, yet we were only told after checking in that the AC was “broken.” Another recent review suggested the issue had already existed for several days, which made the lack of advance notice especially frustrating.

No fan or meaningful alternative was provided. When I raised the issue, the front desk apologized but offered no real solution, and I was told I would need to wait until morning to speak with a manager about a refund, despite having an early flight.

We checked in around 11:30 PM and ended up checking out around 1:15 AM — less than two hours later — because the room was unbearably hot. We then had to book another hotel in the middle of the night.

Had we been told upfront that the AC was not working, we would simply have stayed elsewhere. This was an extremely disappointing experience and reflects poorly on ibis and Accor. I am requesting a full refund.

Overall, extremely upsetting experience and the worst hotel stay I've ever had.
