1/un accueil pas souriant et un minimum d’explication
2/ une odeur pestilentielle dans la chambre de remontées de canalisation et d’égouts. La nuit a été difficile. Terrible
3/ pas de geste commercial après avoir indiqué le désagrément
4/ un attroupement de jeunes pendant la nuit devant l’hôtel ne donnant pas un sentiment de sécurité

L’a cueilli, je suis arrivée il y avait tout un groupe de touristes espagnols installés partout avec valises ils attendaient visiblement leurs chambres. Moi j’étais seule, la personne a l’accueil ne m’a pas dit bonjour mais juste « vous patientez », elle était au tel visiblement à régler un problème d’attribution des chambres tandis qu’une autre dame à côté d’elle préparaient toutes les clés. Elles n’ont pas eu l’idée de me proposer de me donner la clé, au bout de 30 min j’ai dû montrer la carte handicapée ça leur a pris 3 mn pour me donner ma clé… par ailleurs la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Je n’y retournerai pas.
