The restaurant was wonderful, the staff was exceptional and we truly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

It was very close to everything that we wanted to do while there. It was clean, had private parking.

Good hotel with very nice staff and good rooms. Parking is free but tight.
Pros:

Very friendly staff - partly even English speaking!
The person responsible for the parking reparked 2 cars in order to create space for my truck - great customer orientation!
Hotel was fairly quiet for being close to centro.
Great coffee in the room, good AC.

Cons:

Isolation to the hallway could be better. One can hear people walking by the room and all the chit chatting.
It s not a high end premium hotel, value for money (150 USD/night) is not given.

Nunca avisaron que la alberca estaba en mantenimiento, para una visita de tipo vacacional era basico, la tv no tenía control de volumen.

Cons:

Me trataron pésimo, no me dieron atención, estuve esperando más de una hora y cuando me atendieron, resulta que borraron mi reservación y terminaron enviándome al Hampton donde me trataron igual.

Dirty pool, bad gym hours, charged for free breakfast
Cons:

The pool was excessively dirty, with the water even a brown tone. When we asked the staff we were told that management didn't prioritize pool cleanliness and didn't care about it.

Also, gym hours were quite inconvenient. They opened at 8am, when most activities have already begun.

We were offered free breakfast by the lobby staff after some misunderstanding in the reserved dates. When we arrived to the restaurant the next morning and got fruit and coffee from the buffet, we were asked for the breakfast vouchers, which we weren't given. After requesting them in the lobby, the restaurant staff charged us for the difference because apparently the free breakfast was just continental, not buffet. They did apologize but communication was very deficient.

Es un hotel ejecutivo q en temporadas altas se torna turístico, hay que puntualizar las diferencias
Pros:

Hubo confusión con la aplicación Booking, ya que no detalla apropiadamente las características de las habitaciones, sin embargo, el manager resolvió de manera profesional el asunto; quedando plenamente satisfechos; considerando el hotel para recomendaciones y futuras visitas.

Cons:

El lobby es muy reducido con pocos muebles, sugiero que el personal que se dedica a ofrecer desayunos gratis en el Fiesta Americana se ubique en otro lado para crear más espacio y confort en el área.

Good location. Excellent staff.
Pros:

The service was slow but the employees were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

I paid extra for an ocean view and the window was small and off to the side. I thought the window view would be more dramatic.
