not much English. rooms are large, but not much furniture. excellent breakfast buffet. walkable to city Center. quiet location. not many ATMs nearby. money changer nearby.

Las toallas y limpieza en general, no huele a limpio, huele solo a "acomodado" necesitan aromatizante para la ropa de cama, almohadas sobre todo y toallas.

Mi cama era super comoda
El servicio a la habitación y los alimentos fueron muy buenos.
Las bicicletas en el GYM no funcionan muy bien.
Una chica que me atendio en el restaurant me atendio muy mal, me trato con desprecio por ordenar la cena de Sopa y Ensalada, pienso que para fue muy poco, yo no habia terminado mi sopa cuando se cruzo frente a mi para ponerme la ensalada asumiendo que debia comermela así y en ese momento (yo no queria el aderezo, nunca me pregunto nada) la señora me dijo en un tono despectivo que así era y que era una promoción lo que yo pedia entonces le dije que esa no era la manera correcta de atenderme, se fue me cambio la ensalada pero siempre me trato como si le molestara. Soy una persona que me dedido a la Hospitalidad en Yachtes de 5 y 7 estrellas, atiendo a Billonarios y si supiera esa señora lo que cena un billonario talves sus ideas prejuiciosas se le quitarian en fin, muy desagradable. Por todo lo demás siempre me atendieron con profesionalismo.
Mi habitación fue la 307 se escucha mucho el Bip Bip del semaforo que les indica a los ciegos poder pasar, talves pueden reducir el sonido a la habitación ya que es 24hr.

Me pico un animalito en la madrugada, y no me fije que era, asumo que fue un mosquito, porque abri las ventanas cuando llegue, auqnue despues las cerre, ojala y se pudiera resolver el tema de mosquitos, o dar instrucciones de como evitarlos, o si es algun otro animalito, fumigar las habitaciones de forma continua
