В объекте размещения есть ряд важных нюансов, которые нужно исправить:
-это запах комнат (от ковролина скорее всего пахнет), ближе к вечеру про выключенном кондиционере невозможно.
- регулировка температуры и музыкового фона в спортзале, поскольку в первые 2 сутки мне было жутко некомфортно заниматься, очень холодно было, дуло так, что можно воспаление легких подхватить;
- конечно же в 5* отеле свежевыжатый соки должны делать самостоятельно, а не покупать у кого-то, честно я не пила, поскольку были сомнения, что он настоящий.
Room very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast buffet disappointing, much of the food was cold. However the ‘a la carte’ food was good.
Location was great.
Overpriced and the breakfast in particular was very disappointing - especially for what is classed as a five star hotel. Ordered eggs Benedict for breakfast and it turned up in a couple of minutes and was cold with cheap ham.

Great location. Rooms spacey and comfortable. Welcoming lobby and wonderful restaurant offering a great breakfast. But the staff is what stands out the most. Specifically the two concierge’s Adrian and Sajjad; they were very attentive and helpful!! Adrian went the extra mile after I made an online booking for a tour but put the wrong date. Adrian contacted customer service for me and fixed it so we were sent a new booking for that day and we could go on our tour. Really enjoyed our stay 😊

Fantastic service, facilities and location
Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location for sightseeing! The staff was attentive and genuine. Specifically, Rob was fabulous! He anticipated our needs, was genuine, fantastic conversationalist, and made our experience even better.
Stayed for 6 days at the Trafalgar as a family of three. The service and welcome was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the team really shone when dealing with our 6 year old boy. We also had a celebration with family and friends there which again was excellent. The location is unbelievable and taking our son down to see the palace etc which is minutes away was a delight. He played each day in St James Park. Highly recommend.
