The location was great for the activities we had planned...
The breakfast was good, we didn't feel rushed with plenty of tables available.

The information was not correct about the rooms - some rooms is underground - and/or - lower ground - without any windows - any connecting to open air - this information should apply the rooms details
Tho rooms we get, it was lower ground without any windows - and - room was - humidty problem.
This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and roomy. The staff was lovely and helpful. The location was good and even though we were right on the square you could not hear any of the noise in our room. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone stay there.
It was costly but you get what you pay for and at least they deliver at this hotel.
We checked out at 1pm. Great experience at the hotel and restaurant. We hung out at the national gallery until 3pm then came back to get our luggage
John at the front entrance was great when we left. He was a pleasure to meet and took care of us.

I am a foreigner travelling around Europe and I had lunch with my friend and the waiter Rob offered excellence service towards the both of us for the entirety of the meal. Very good worker and happy with our experience.
The small plates were fabulous and very well cooked and presented. The steak bavette was wonderful and super tasty.
Wonderful location, great design and very helpful staff. Shoutout to Rob who was very attentive at breakfast and helped us with every need.

great location,
helpful and friendly staff, especially at front desk, Mana the supervisor, Ms Teo at restaurant entrance, Mr Vikas, and all the other staff members.
Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet room despite central location.
We definitely recommend and shall return.
We had a great lunch and the waitress, Wagdali was amazing! She was so fun and so sweet. Definitely recommend coming here for a spritz or small bites
