Phoenix Inn Suites Albany

Everything was great, Carolina is super friendly and helpful, we only stayed the night but she’s amazing at customer service. Love the free parking, free breakfast! And location very safe and quiet.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Room was spacious, but needs some updates

After leaving a hotel up the road that smelled horrible and didn’t feel safe for my family we were relieved that The Phoenix Inn had everything we needed. The room was spacious and the beds were cozy. Breakfast every morning was just what we needed to start the day. My son loved swimming every morning and evening. Friendly staff and a great stay. We will be back to explore more of Central Oregon.

The room was quiet, the bed comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel has everything needed by a traveler. I also liked that the soap provided for washing hands had a mild scent rather than a really strong perfume. And the sheets had no fragrance.

Amazing friendly staff, clean facility, there were towels available in the pool area, and breakfast was great! My kids did not want to leave.

The lobby and hallways upon check in were profusely sprayed with “ air freshener”? It was so strong I could taste it hours later and developed a severe head ache. The room was better, but we still tried to open the window to air out the room and there was no handle. We called the front desk and were told we could come back down and pick one up. I had to leave the hotel for 2-3 hours just to breathe fresh air. For $30 more we could have stayed at Courtyard Marriott but they were booked. Room was clean, staff was nice, but the handle issue and severe overspray ruined this stay. The strip joint next door was an added surprise. I use to be on the road a couple of weeks each month and stayed at a couple other PHEONIX Inns in the NW which were fine. I have never complained about a hotel before , but can not reccomend this location.

Location was great for softball tournament. Staff was good and breakfast was better than most.

Nice breakfast options except there was meat in the potatoes and my husband and I are vegetarians, so we were sad to have to skip potatoes. Otherwise a nice spread.

The staff was didn't care that the remote didn't work for TV. They did not blink an eye when I told them how loud our room was. They did nothing when kids kept knocking on our door and running away. Terrible stay! Did not sleep at all. Overpriced!!!

Our room had a view of the adult shop next door which made us giggle. but on a seriouws note, the room was large and clean. The staff when we arrived were very frielndly and welcoming. She was very pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean, and large and we really enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location, clean, friendly staff, great hot and cold breakfast selections including a waffle maker. Very good value for the money.

All our our family from socal, norcal and arizona came to Oregon for my son's graduation from U of O.

All the hotels in Eugene were booked so we booked here about 25 miles north of Eugene.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. From working out some weird kink in our reservation to allowing our family of 14 people to use the breakfast area at night for an order in dinner so we could enjoy each other's company instead of going to a restaurant. They always had a smile on their face and our stay was so much more fun because of them.

The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff friendly and helpful as well.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and would definitely stay again if in the area.

The hotel staff is personal and professional and the environment is clean, safe, and comfortable. Our hotel room was well laid out, large, on the bed very comfortable. We also enjoyed our breakfast each morning.

Very convenient location for shopping, dining, fast food.
